    原来我看过很多前辈写的面经，不过一直想写出自己的经历。

不是为了炫耀，只是保留自己的一份回忆。

另外呢，如果能被其他的需要SLB面试经验的朋友看到，希望能帮点忙。

    废话不多说

我的斯伦贝谢一面

性质：

补招fieldSpecialist

时间：

2008年6月30日

地点：

丽都六层斯伦贝谢总部

面试官：

ManagerLX

其实这个面试并不难，我们学校的7个应届毕业来补招的，2个工作过来补招的。

还有山东胜利的一帮人。

群面，我们学校的先来大家去一个小会议室里，圆桌坐下。

LX大大过来坐下，用英语说，做自我介绍吧.

然后他们就开始bala的依次开讲，基本都是有腹稿的，不过LX不是吃素的，揭发了一个背稿卡死的师哥（最后惨遭淘汰）。

到剩下我和一个MM时，她抢先站起来，我也只好说声“ladyfirst”。

不过她的英语水平一般。

等我站起来，我也是一顿白话，卡了一两次，不过还行。

LX中间问我为什么校园招聘被刷，我只能回答littlenervous。

然后用中文问我是不是已经工作了。

我就实话实说了。

一面除了背稿子做自我介绍的师哥，所有女生，还有一个搞笑的面霸，基本都过了。

至于口语，我感觉自己还算可以，其实大家真的的差的不多。

告诉大家一个小的发现：

如果你面试的时候发现她用notepaper写点什么东西，然后粘在你的简历封皮上，那就说明有戏。

因为她可能是在安排你的职位工作地点什么的。

丽都六层斯伦贝谢总部，LX办公室

面试官：

ManagerLX

其实二面就是一个talk，lx大人就问我既然现在已经工作了，那么准备怎么办，我先用一段诚恳的话开头“李经理，我不想跟你说谎话，我跟你说的全都是实话。

另外斯伦贝谢是我的梦想，我不会放弃自己的梦想”接下来我就开始回答。

她还问了工作地点有什么要求之类的。

非常的简单。

其实我总结的一个小窍门就是，一定要控制面试的气氛，努力创造一种愉快的面试氛围，这样既能使自己正常发挥，也能给HR们留下极佳的印象。

微笑，礼貌什么的就不用说了，呵呵基本的知识。

面试官：

WS的GeneralManager和一个部门Manager

这个面试是最痛苦而艰难的，两个求职FE和六个求职FS的依次进小屋面试。

GeneralManager根本不会说中国话，英语说得也很快。

我还是最后一个，进去40多分钟。

纯英文的面试，首先问你上大学学到什么，我张口说自己的专业是内燃机，然后准备从这开始说，但是马上就被打断，他说我不管你的专业是什么，你就说学到什么。

我就开始讲，暴汗的是原来以为这次面试还是LX大大，就没准备专业知识，可怜的我连“进气-压缩-做功-排气”四个冲程都说不利索，好在我应变，用ABCD代替了专业的名词，中间难为我数次。

我印象最深的几次难为：

一次是刚开始，他说我已经工作一年了！

原来我的英文简历上就写到2005-2007在油专，这使得他以为我工作一年了，我解释，他不听，还说我的简历附带证书里没有2008年的资料问我是不是个Carelessman。

我急了，直接来句“IsweartoGod”。

并说先前都是LX面试我，她可以作证。

这事才过去。

后来面试的最后他让我问两个问题，我用一个名额专门道歉把2008写成2007。

因为洋鬼子们真的很厌恶careless。

很可能这个细节就把我淘汰了。

还有一次是我被问到现在做什么，我就说了cnooc的工作，他好像发现什么重点了，发疯似的问我在FJLNG的工作，不过好在我刚从单位过来，所以balabala讲了好多，而且很流畅，他比较满意。

整个面试我感觉非常的失败，但是我最后的陈述中，还是首先“Iapreciatethatschlumbergergivemethisopportunity”，看来礼貌真的很重要，可能前面的人都忽略了这个，我看到助理的manager微笑着点了下头，并且最后跟我说句“youarethebest”

三面结果在我们的要求下竟然马上出来了，这得多谢HR的MY姐姐，她来回和那些经理们沟通多次。

最后结果是：

我是唯一通过的FS。

出了丽都，已经是下午七点，我做了两个半小时车，倒两次地铁，三次公交，步行二十几分钟才回答同学家。

中间累的要死。

累是累，我不沮丧，因为我没有失败。

最后说说接触到的HR们，ManagerLX其实很kind的，只要你礼貌并且不要欺骗她。

助理SR么我去她的办公室时，她正为加班发脾气，我走的时候她平静下来还是蛮好说话的。

LL姐原来一直负责跟我联系，声音很好听，说话很有分寸，当然，长的也很漂漂，呵呵。

MY姐可能是帮LL忙了这阵子，她人很nice，很好打交道。

后话，2008年8月13号，HR的MY姐给了我英国传真过来的OFFER，“DearFanwenMeng:

”的OFFER。

签名的时候真的很激动。

我相信很多很多人都是特别在意斯伦贝谢的体检和kingsway，因为这两项是很刷人的。

我说说我的经历和感受。

我的体检是在北京琨莎sos体检中心，内容是：

首先前台有斯伦贝谢的的体检表格和琨莎的表格，纯英文的。

。

。

填好。

开始。

1，必须空腹，验尿和大便，暴汗。

2，抽血，三管子。

身高体重。

测视力和血压。

3，给你点东西吃。

下楼，测心电图。

胸透X光。

4，有一个外国人叫DrCrist给我做常规，鼻，口腔，耳，拿听诊器听前心后背。

5，由于我要出海，加测了检查色弱色盲的环节。

现在我感觉，没有什么卡不卡的。

SOS只管体检。

其他的我不敢多说，谁也不知道SLB怎么想的。

Kingsway很简单，我很轻松就得了6分，呵呵，测试的FE夸我excellent。

弄好听力，准备好你的姓名，专业，学校，家庭成员，爱好，北京的天气，交通，一些热点比如奥运，地震之类的就可以了。

关键是：

要听懂，要讲清晰，宁肯句子简单，也要让对方明白。

另外就是控制交谈气氛，这不是考试，只是交谈性质的测试，是聊家常。

所以轻松的交谈，该笑就笑。

笑能透出你的自信和为人友善，这都是有利于得高分的。

结果么，体检按说是隔天，其实大概一周才能通知到你个人，kingsway只要你多等会，一个小时左右就能返回北京总部。

2.Whyareyoulooking（orwhydidyouleaveyoulastjob）?

Thisshouldbedirectlyrelatedtothelastquestion.Anyresearchyou’vedoneonthecompanyshouldhaveledyoutotheconclusionthatyou’dwanttoworkthere.Afterall,you’reattheinterview,right?

Putsomethoughtintothisanswerbeforeyouhaveyourinterview,mentionyourcareergoalsandhighlightforward-thinkinggoalsandcareerplans.

5.Whatrelevantexperiencedoyouhave?

Hopefullyifyou’reapplyingforthispositionyouhavebagsofrelatedexperience,andifthat’sthecaseyoushouldmentionitall.Butifyou’reswitchingcareersortryingsomethingalittledifferent,yourexperiencemayinitiallynotlooklikeit’smatchingup.That’swhenyouneedalittlehonestcreativitytomatchtheexperiencesrequiredwiththeonesyouhave.Peopleskillsarepeopleskillsafterall,youjustneedtoshowhowcustomerserviceskillscanapplytointernalmanagementpositions,andsoon.

Thiscouldincludeanythingfromnightclassestohobbiesandsports.Ifit’srelated,it’sworthmentioning.Obviouslyanythingtodowithfurthereducationisgreat,butmaybeyou’respendingtimeonahomeimprovementprojecttoworkonskillssuchasself-sufficiency,timemanagementandmotivation.

8.Whereelsehaveyouapplied?

Thisisagoodwaytohintthatyou’reindemand,withoutsoundinglikeyou’rewhoringyourselfallovertown.So,behonestandmentionafewothercompanie***utdon’tgointodetail.Thefactthatyou’reseriouslylookingandkeepingyouroptionsopeniswhattheinterviewerisdrivingat.

9.Howareyouwhenyou’reworkingunderpressure?

Theanswertothisoneisnotmoney,evenifitis.Youshouldbemotivatedbylife’snoblepursuits.Youwantrecognitionforajobwelldone.Youwanttobecomebetteratyourjob.Youwanttohelpothersorbealeaderinyourfield.

11.What’syourgreateststrength?

Thisisyourchancetoshine.You’rebeingaskedtoexplainwhyyouareagreatemployee,sodon’tholdbackandstaydostaypositive.Youcouldbesomeonewhothrivesunderpressure,agreatmotivator,anamazingproblemsolverorsomeonewithextraordinaryattentiontodetail.Ifyourgreateststrength,however,istodrinkanyoneunderthetableorgetatopscoreonMarioKart,keepittoyourself.Theinterviewerislookingforwork-relatedstrengths.

12.What’syourbiggestweakness?

Thisisonetrickygametoplayinaninterview.Evenifyouknowthesalaryrangeforthejob,ifyouanswerfirstyou’realreadyshowingallyourcards.Youwantasmuchaspos***le,theemployerwantsyouforaslittleasyou’rewillingtotake.Beforeyouapply,takealookatforagoodideaofwhatsomeonewithyourspecificexperienceshouldbepaid.Youmaywanttosay,“well,that’ssomethingI’vethoughtlongandhardaboutandIthinksomeonewithmyexperienceshouldgetbetweenX&Y.”Or,youcouldbeslyandsay,“rightnow,I’mmoreinterestedintalkingmoreaboutwhatthepositioncanoffermycareer.”Thatcouldatleastbuyyoualittletimetoscopeoutthesituation.Butifyoudohaveaspecificfigureinmindandyouareconfidentthatyoucangetit,I’dsaygoforit.Ihaveonmanyoccasions,andeverytimeIgotveryclosetothatfigure（bothbelowandsometimesabove）.
