Alongwiththecomputerappliedscience'sswiftdevelopment,usesthecomputercontrolsystemsubstitutionoriginalelectricallycontrolledsystemisonetendency.Asaresultoftheminepitelevatorcontrolsystemhighlycomplexityandtothesecurityreliablestrictrequest,domestichasnotdevelopedatpresentismoreideal,issuitablefortheindustryscenerequestthecomputercontrolsystem.Thisarticleintroducedtheauthorisengagedinapiecewhichthisaspectworks.

1Tothemicrocomputermeasuredthatthefastinstallmentrequest

2Themicrocomputermeasuredthatfastgeneralmethod

Bytheelectro-opticaltyperevolvingencoderandelevator'saxissolidjoint,theelevatorretransmitsthecertainamounteverytime(1080)thesignalimpulse,takesdownthepulsenumberbythecounter,andgivescomputerprocessingtorealizethemicrocomputertomeasurefast.Commonlyusedmeasuredthatthefastmethodmainlyhasthefollowingtwokinds.

2.1TheMlawmeasuresfast

TheMlawmeasuredthatfastisreadsthepulseintegerwhichintheequaltime-gaptherevolvingencodersendsouttofigureouttherotationalspeed.Thepulsenumberwhichsendsoutinthesametimeinternalrotationencoderisdifferent;theobservedvalueisnotsame.TheMlawmeasuredthatfastschematicdiagramasshowninFigure1.

Bythecounterthepulsecountingwhichtransmitstotherevolvingencoder,timereveryothertimeTsendsoutaninterruptrequesttoCPU,extractscorrespondingaccordingtothecountingvalue'ssizetherotationalspeed.Therevolvingencoderretransmitspulse1080everytime,altogetherhasmpulseintheTtime,thentherotationalspeedis:

TherevolvingencoderoutputsapulsethroughthemicrocomputerconnectionsendsoutaninterrupttoCPU,aftertheCPUresponse,toreadoutthecountingvalueeverytimefromthecounter,thenfiguresouttherotationalspeedbythecountingvalue.Supposestheclockrateisf,countingvaluesbetweentwopulse'sarem,thenrotationalspeednis:

Theminepitelevator'smovementprocessisaperiodicprocess.Generallyelevator'spromotioncycleincludingtheacceleration,theconstantspeed,thedeceleration,crawling,stopsfivestages.Infivestages,elevator'srunningratehastheverywidedifference.BelowgivestheAnhuiProvincesomeoreelevatormovementthespeedchart,seeFigure3.Mayseebythespeedchart,intheaccelerationlegandthedecelerationsectionelevator'sspeedisoneprocesswhichchangesunceasinglyaccordingtocertainaccelerationortheretardedvelocity,constantspeedDuanYijiaothehighrunningratemovement,thecrawlingsectionspeedrelativesaysmustbemuchslower,onlythen0.4m/s,generallyspeaking,theelevatormovementprocessisaspeedtheprocesswhichchangesunceasinglyinthewiderange,ifwantstorealizethemicrocomputertomeasureaccuratelyfast,thenmeasuredthatthefastmethodmustsatisfyinthehighspeedandcomparesthelowspeedsectiontobeablethecorrectmeasurementrequest.

Inordertosafeguardtheelevatormovementthehighsecurity,inelevator'seachkindofprotection,hastheconstantspeedsectiontoofastprotectionandthedecelerationsectiontoofastprotection,theconstantspeedsectionrunningratelikesurpasseshighestrotationalspeedVm15%,elevatorsafetyarrestment;Indecelerationsectionmovement,ifdeterminesthespeedtosurpassgivenvalue10%,alsowillimplementthesafetyarrestment.Therefore,toreflectintheelevatormovementaccuratelythespeedcondition,realizesthecontrolsystemsecurity,reliably,tomovecontinuously,requeststhespeedwhichthemicrocomputerdeterminestobeaccurate,cansatisfycertainprecision.

4TheelevatormeasuredpreciselyfastM/Tlaw

Byabovemayknow,elevator'svelocitymeasurementrequesthasthehighprecision,canreflectintheelevatormovementaccuratelytheactualrotationalspeed.Thefore-mentionedMlawmeasuresfast,lowspeedDuanCesutheprecisionisquitelow;TheTlawmeasuresfast,lowspeedsectionrotationalspeedresolutionisstrong,butitmeasuredthatthefastprecisionisalsomuchworsethantheMlaw,theyuseintheelevatormeasuringthefastinsufficientideal;ButM/Tmeasuredthatthefastprinciplesynthesizestwomethodsthemerits,bothmaythelowspeedsectionreliablesurveyingfast,andalsohasthehighresolutioninthehighspeedsection,adaptedtheelevatortothevelocitymeasurementrequest.TheM/TprinciplemeasuredthatthefastprincipleseesFigure4.
