Ashergivinggainedstrength,Steinerfoundedanonprofitorganization,Peach’sNeetFeet,basedinherhomestateofNewMexico.Today,withthehelpofdozensofartistsacrosstheUS,Peach’sNeetFeetprovides50pairsofshoestochildreneachmonth.Eachpairiscustomizedforaspecificchild’sinterestsandcourageousfight.Theorganizationcoordinates(协调)donationswithmorethan20hospitalsandothernonprofitonesnationwide.
Since2011,Peach'sNeetFeethasdonatedmorethan3,000pairsshoesandhelped4,000familieswithotherservices,includingcarepackagesforchildren(withtoysandartsupplies),necessitiesforfamiliesfacinglengthyhospitalstays“PeachParties”andothereventstoraisefundsandcommunityawareness,andasupportnetworkforchildrenandfamilies
