A集水井土方开挖方案

一、工程简况

1、工程概况

集水井2、3水平断面均呈正方形，外径3.7*3.7m，内径3*3m，壁厚350mm，底板厚450mm，净空高度分别为16.0m和17.9m，基底标高分别-7.05m和-8.95m，垫层厚100mm。

集水井2、3竖向分段及其结构要求详见下表

2、编制依据

2.1根据现场已开挖的土质实际情况。

2.2国家和行业现行的施工及验收规范。

（1）建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准（GB50300-2001）

（2）工程测量规范（GB50026-93）

（3）施工现场临时用电安全技术规范（JGJ46-98）

（4）建筑施工安全检查标准（JGJ59-99）

二、施工方案

1、基坑开挖

由于地质勘察资料与开挖后土层分布严重不符，造成开挖后塌方，加上距基底标高4m以上出现多处泉涌，在开挖过程中，在标高+1.00m处出现约3m厚粉土层，因此原决定基坑方式作如下修改：

在原有基坑的基础上，将3号集水井向沿原座标向环库路一侧向西平移14.341m与道路中心线平行，3#集水井位移后坐标为X3707031.608Y51675.968。

2#井沿环库路外侧约0.4m处向南移1.5m，并向西平移12m与3#集水井位移后中心线重合;位移后坐标为X=3707026.398Y=51676.422以错开出现泉涌的位置.并在原3号集水井的西面挖出集水坑,以利于集水外排。

局部根据开挖后实际情况可采用强排水或其他应急措施。

2、安全施工措施

2.1、开工前必须依据施工特点、工艺流程和作业环境，在开工前进行安全技术交底和被交底人签字手续。

2.2、“四口”防护严格按照安全操作规程的要求进行。

进入现场人员一律要戴安全帽。

2.3、配电箱采用铁皮焊制的防雨、防尘移动式电闸箱，按总配电箱、分配电箱、开关箱三级设置。

总配电箱内设置总自动开关，动力和照明的线路分别设置。

分配电箱、开关箱设置漏电保护器。

各电闸箱内分别设置接零、保护零端子。

2.4、加强施工现场用电线路、电器开关的及时检查，杜绝线路破皮漏电、碰线短路的现象发生。

2.5、电器设备使用前应经检查有无漏电，接线是否正确。

凡与绝缘要求不符者，一律禁止使用。

2.6、施工现场需要存放有害、有毒、易燃、易爆物品者，应经有关部门允许，并采取相应措施。

对氧气瓶、乙炔瓶要按照安全规定进行放置和防护。

2.7、在挖土过程中，挖土机械由专职人员操作，并安排专职安全人员进行监护。

2.8、在挖土过程中，地质情况由专职技术人员现场跟踪，发现问题及时处理；挖土结束后，派专人进行看护，尽可能消除隐患于萌芽状态。

3、文明施工措施

3.1、我公司将加强施工过程管理，严格按建设单位要求，严格文明施工管理，定期组织检查。

3.2坚持执行文明施工的各条标准和对工程进行文明施工定期检查、打分评比的制度，以保持现场的文明整洁。

3.3、强化总图管理。

暂设搭设要做到外观整齐，色调统一。

凡施工现场增搭增建的暂设工程，不经总图认可，不经批准，一律不准搭设。

3.4、工具房要内外整洁，墙上图表、标牌悬挂要整齐，机具物品的摆放要整齐。

3.５、工人操作要做到干活脚下清，活完料净，建筑物内的垃圾、渣土及时清运。

3.6、贯彻落实现场整齐堆放、随时清理回收制度，把整个现场整顿成为施工文明，紧张有序，忙而不乱的工地。
