江都市小学三年级《信息技术》学科教学指导意见

一、教材分析

在新的基础教育课程体系中,信息技术教育是九年义务教育综合实践活动课程中的四个必修内容领域之一。

经江苏省中小学教材审定委员会2007年审查通过的2007版《小学信息技术》(上册、下册)是江苏省中小学教研室根据《江苏省义务教育信息技术课程指导纲要(试行)》精神编写的必修部分新教材,新教材旨在帮助学生掌握信息时代生存与发展必需的信息技术基础和基本技能,形成在日常生活与学习中应用信息技术解决问题的基本态度与基本能力,形成与信息社会相适应的良好行为习惯,为培养能够适应信息社会发展挑战的创造性人才打下基础。

《小学信息技术》(上册)教材作为义务教育阶段的必修部分内容,以WindowsXP操作系统为平台,内容涉及信息的识别与获取、信息的存储与管理和信息的加工与表达三方面,主要包括信息基础、计算机组成、键盘鼠标使用、画图程序、录音机程序、资源管理和网络浏览与下载等内容,涵盖了信息技术基础、WindowsXP操作系统和网络应用等领域。

新教材与此前使用的省编小学信息技术教材相比,在编排体系上保留了原教材的成功之处又有所创新,每课内容除教学内容外,增设了“导学牌”、“知识屋”、“讨论坊”、“探究园”、“实践园”和“成果篮”等栏目,更有针对性地培养学生的自主探究学习、分析解决问题的能力和创新、合作精神,体现了新课改特点。

特别是教材的内容和软件的选用与时俱进,贴近实际生活,图文并茂,让人耳目一新,利于激发学生热情,乐于掌握信息技术基础知识和基本技能。

如将网络应用编入起始年级教材即上册教材,能让学生尽早认识到计算机与网络是我们学习的工具,感受网络为我们的学习和生活带来的方便与快捷,同时也对学生进行了网络文明教育,引导他们正确认识网络;又如软件的下载和安装、管理文件都是学生
