江苏省新型农业技术信息服务体系研究

摘要

十八大以后，我国步入了社会主义新农村建设时期，新型农业科技信息推广是社会主义新农村建设的强大支撑，对农业经济发展产生深远的影响。

江苏省作为我国农业经济发展的大省，逐步推广新型农业技术信息服务是发展当地农业经济的根本措施，发展农业经济能够有效得提升农民的生活水平。

但是从产业结构和江苏省农业信息推广体系的构成出发，农业经济和推广形式也存在很多深层次的弊端，怎样能够发挥新型农业信息服务体系是江苏省农业经济发展的重要问题，同样也是本文研究的重点。

农业是国民经济的基础,是促进整个经济发展的重要保障。

随着技术农业的发展，农业和农村经济进入了一个新的发展阶段，农业信息化的建设逐渐受到重视，作为国民经济信息化建设的一个重要组成部分，以农业信息化带动农业现代化，对于促进国民经济和社会持续协调发展具有重大意义。

2014年国家提出土地流转的新规，在这种背景下，传统而单一的农业技术信息服务体系的弊端日益暴露，巳经无法满足农业发展的需要。

在农业技术高速发展的今天，为适应新要求，有必要构建新型农业技术信息服务体系，为农业提供最新的技术指导，从而促进农业的进一步发展壮大。

因而，如何创新新型农业技术信息服务体系，使农业技术推广服务更有效地为农村的生产发展和农民服务，已经成为地方各级政府、相关部门机构及农户亟待解决的重大问题，也逐渐成为众多科研人员的研究热点,因此本文将其作为研究内容具有一定的指导性意义。

自农业信息化普及以来，市场一直在探索如何能更好的为农民提供农业技术信息服务，传统的多是通过纸质、电话、培训宣传等，而随着互联网技术的发展，新形势下传统的农业信息技术已不能满足农业发展的需要，为更好的发展现代农业和建设社会主义新农村，新型的农业技术信息服务体系应运而生，通过普及对农业生产的智能化和经营的网络化,将农业技术转化为生产力，加快农业的发展和产业升级。

文章从江苏省农业信息服务体系的现状出发，探索新型农业信息推广的创新发展。

文章主要分为六部分，第一部分和第二部分是文章的基础内容，主要研究新型农业信息服务体系概念的界定和国内国外的研究现状，意在为后文做好铺垫。

文章的第三部分到第五部分是文章的核心，从，江苏省农业科技信息服务体系的现状出发，探讨目前江苏省农业信息服务体系存下的问题，以SWOT环境分析作为内容核心，来确定江苏省新型农业服务体系构建的最优化原则，在第六部分是对前几部分内容的总结，希望对提升江苏省新型农业信息服务体系的构建提供一些参考意见。

Aftereighteenbig,ourcountryenteredintoanewsocialistcountrysideconstructionperiod,thenewtypeofpopularizingagriculturalscienceandtechnologyinformationisthepowerfulsupporttobuildanewsocialistcountryside,aprofoundeffectontheagriculturaleconomydevelopment.Jiangsuprovinceasabigprovinceinagricultureeconomicdevelopmentinourcountry,graduallytopromotenewagriculturaltechnologyinformationserviceistheessenceofthedevelopmentoflocalagriculturaleconomicmeasures,developingagriculturaleconomycaneffectivelyimprovethestandardofpeasants'lives.Butfromtheindustrialstructureandthecompositionofpopularizingagriculturalinformationsysteminjiangsuprovince,theagriculturaleconomyandpromotingformtherearemanydeep,howcanplayanewtypeofagriculturalinformationservicesystemisoneoftheimportantproblems,developmentofagriculturaleconomyinjiangsuprovinceisalsoafocusinthestudyofthisarticle.

Agricultureisthefoundationofthenationaleconomy,istheimportantguaranteetopromotethedevelopmentoftheeconomyasawhole.Withthedevelopmentofmodernagriculture,agricultureandruraleconomyhasenteredanewstageofdevelopment,theconstructionofagriculturalinformationizationgraduallybetakenseriously,asanimportantpartofnationaleconomyinformatizationconstruction,theagriculturalinformationizationpromotingagriculturalmodernization,topromotethenationaleconomicandsocialsustainabledevelopmentcoordinationisofgreatsignificance.2014countriescomeupwithnewrulesoflandcirculation,inthiscontext,thesingleandtraditionalagriculturaltechnologyinformationservicesystemincreasinglyexposedtheshortcomings,havecanmeettheneedsofthedevelopmentofagriculture.Inagriculturaltechnologyrapiddevelopmenttoday,inordertoadapttothenewrequirements,itisnecessarytobuildanewagriculturaltechnologyinformationservicesystem,providethelatesttechnicalguidanceforagriculture,topromotethefurtherdevelopmentofagriculture.Therefore,howtoinnovatethenewinformationservicesystemofagriculturaltechnology,agriculturaltechnologyextensionservicemoreeffectivelytotheproductiondevelopmentofruralandfarmersservices,hasbecomealocalgovernmentatalllevelsandrelevantdepartmentsinstitutionsandfarmersmajorissuestobesolved,alsograduallybecomearesearchfocusofmanyresearchers,thereforethisarticleastheresearchcontenthasacertainguidingsignificance.
