黄崴教授摘要21世纪是鼓励培养全面发展的创新型人才，注重综合素质培养的时代，而中国的教育体制也从原来的“应试教育逐步向“素质教育”转型。

自2000年起，我国开始进行新轮的课程改革，增加了艺术课程。

戏剧的加入，更是为艺术教育增添了生机与活力。

戏剧作为种综合艺术形式，能使学生在德、智、体、美、劳等方面获得协调发展，在学校教育、社会教育中都有相当重要的作用，对于提高人的综合素质，培养全面发展的创新人才也具有独特的作用，是实施人文素质教育的重要载体。

戏剧教育符合新课程的要求，以及2l世纪培养人的综合素质、注重人的全面发展的教育理念。

中小学是学生心智发展的最佳时期，在中小学积极推行戏剧教育，对人才的培养及社会的发展具有重要意义。

从我国教育发展的大背景来看，目前正是推进戏剧教育的绝佳时机。

戏剧教育课程的开发及管理，对于推动戏剧教育的实施和发展，具有很大的现实意义，此举势在必行。

戏剧教育虽然在英美等国家和港台地区非常盛行，已有许多成功的经验，但在我国基础教育课程改革中如何实施戏剧教育目前还比较模糊，仍处在望而却步和设想阶段的难关。

目前，国内关于中小学戏剧教育课程开发与管理的研究较少，缺乏明确的指导性文献。

针对这现状，本文通过对我国中小学戏剧教育开展情况的梳理，对英美国家、港台地区开展戏剧教育课程的总结，结合我国的实际，探索中小学开展戏剧教育课程的开发及管理，为我国基础教育开展戏剧教育提供参考。

本文分四章，第一章绪论部分主要阐述了本文的研究背景、文献综述、基本概念界定、研究思路与研究内容、主要创新点。

第二章是我国中小学戏剧教育课程建设现状，主要结合中小学戏剧教育政策，归纳我国若干地区中小学戏剧教育课程实践情况，分析我国中小学戏剧教育课程存在的问题与成因。

第三章是通过对英美和港台地区的戏剧教育课程体系和教材进行比较分析，归纳总结，得出中小学戏剧教育课程的启示。

第四章是以广东实验中学为例，提出中小学戏剧教育课程的开发与管理策略。

结语部分，主要回顾本文的研究过程和结论，对研究的不足和研究展望进行总结。
