一、教学目标

1.语言知识目标：

1）能掌握下列词语和词组：

DragonBoatFestival,race,miss,study,hostfamily,delicious,still,young

2）能掌握阅读技巧：

skimming&scanning

2.情感态度价值观目标：

本部分介绍中国留学生朱辉的故事且介绍了中国的传统节日端午节，让学生能够在阅读中了解中西方不同的文化习俗。

同时，文章的最后点明了主人公“每逢佳节倍思亲”的心态。

让孩子拥有正确的家庭观，更热爱自己现在的家人。

二、教学重难点

1.教学重点：

1）通过听，说，读的教学活动，让学生掌握新的词汇。

2）通过任务型阅读的方式，加深学生对文章内容和情感的把握。

2.教学难点：

1）阅读过程中，逐步加深对文章的理解。

2）能够掌握一定的阅读技巧并完成相应练习。

三、突破

1、设置阅读任务，难度由易到难，逐步加深对课文的把握。

2、通过师生，生生的问答和对话来巩固课文内容。
