FromMay8,2006toMay10,2006.intheAppliedMechanicsandEngineeringLabCenterofZhongShangUniversity.StaticLoadStressTestwasperformedonthepartswiththenumbersofNJMZ03―1、NJMZ03―2、NJMZ03―3、NJMZ03―4、NJMZ04―1、NJMZ04―2&NJMZ04―3.Thereinthemaximumdestroyloadwas25.9kN,theminimumdestroyloadwas25.2kN.CracksoccurredonthesidesofalltheM10×1.25threadedholesoftestedparts.Thecausefordestroywasthestressconcentrationcausedbythethreadedholes,resultinginweaknessofstrengthinthatareaItissuggestedtoenhancethestrengthofthatarea,soastoimprovetheabilitytowithstandstaticloadstress.

摘要:

受肇庆鸿特精密压铸有限公司委托,2006年5月8日至10日在中山大学工程力学实验中心对编号为NJMZ03―1、NJMZ03―2、NJMZ03―3、NJMZ03―4、NJMZ04―1、NJMZ04―2和NJMZ04―3产品进行了静载压力试验。

其中最大破坏荷载为25.9kN，最小破坏荷载为25.2kN。

各个试件都在M10×1.25螺纹孔边发生开裂。

破坏的原因是螺纹孔引起应力集中,导致此处的强度较薄弱。

建议增加此处的强度,使产品承受静载压力的能力得以提高。

TheStaticLoadStressTestonpartNJMZ03andNJMZ04wasperformedinatheall–powerfulmaterialtester.Thetestedpartwasmountedonthein-housedesignedracks.Thedeviceisshowninpicture1.

一试验装置

NJMZ03和NJMZ04产品的静载压力试验在万能材料试验机WES-1000上进行，试件安装在自行设计的支座上,装置如图1所示。
