Static Load Stress Test was performed on the parts with the numbers of NJMZ031、NJMZ032、NJMZ033、NJMZ034、NJMZ041、NJMZ042 & NJMZ043 .Therein the maximum destroy load was 25.9kN
3、,the minimum destroy load was 25.2kN.Cracks occurred on the sides of all the M101.25 threaded holes of tested parts .The cause for destroy was the stress concentration caused by the threaded holes ,resulting in weakness of strength in that area It is suggested to enhance the strength of that area,so
4、 as to improve the ability to withstand static load stress.Testers: Zhan Jie Min, Zhan sheng, Wu Hao Wei,Zhao Tao, Lu Fu Yu Report written by: Zhan sheng摘要: 受肇庆鸿特精密压铸有限公司委托, 2006年5月8日至10日在中山大学工程力学实验中心对编号为NJMZ031、NJMZ032、NJMZ033、NJMZ034、NJMZ041、NJMZ042和NJMZ043产品进行了静载压力试验。其中最大破坏荷载为25.9 kN,最小破坏荷载为25.2
