2.Theprocessofthesurfacemachining

2.1ThesoftIused

Duringtheprocessofthemachining.Iusedtwosoftwares.FirsttheSolidWorks:

isa3DmechanicalCAD（computer-aideddesign）programthatrunsonMicrosoftWindowsandisbeingdevelopedbyDassaultSystèmesSolidWorksCorp.,asubsidiaryofDassaultSystèmes,S.A.（Vélizy,France）.[1]SolidWorksiscurrentlyusedbyover1.3millionengineersanddesignersatmorethan130,000companiesworldwide.FY2009revenueforSolidWorkswas366milliondollars.[2]

EdgeCAM;　EdgecamisthedevelopmentofautomatedNCprogrammingsoftwaredevelopedbytheBritishPlanit.Edgecamcanbeintegratedwithtoday'smajorCADsoftdata,andbarrier-freedatatransmission.Givefullplaytotheassociationbetweentheentitiesandthetoolpath,suchasthegeometriccharacteristicsoftheentity（suchas:

height,depth,diameter）inthree-dimensionalsoftwareismodified,onlythetoolpathcanbeupdatedwithouthavingtore-edit.Edgecamcompletesolutionformilling,turning,millingandotherprocessingmethods.[3]

2.2Somethingslearnedduringtheprocess

FinallyImakethesurfacereal.DuringtheprocessofthesurfacemachiningIlearnedhowtodrewdrewasurfacebyusingSolidWork.IknowasoftwarenamedEdgecam.IfinditiseasytomanufactureaComplexsurface.Ifindchangethedepthisthekeytoproductathing.OntheotherhandwhenIdrewasurfacebysurfaceIshouldpayattentiontotheCPL.ItmustthesamedirectionbetweenSolidWorkandEdgecam.Ithinkitisveryimportant.Ifyoudoawrongwayonthisstep,youwillfailthenextthings.
