Duringtheprocessofthemachining.Iusedtwosoftwares.FirsttheSolidWorks:
isa3DmechanicalCAD(computer-aideddesign)programthatrunsonMicrosoftWindowsandisbeingdevelopedbyDassaultSystèmesSolidWorksCorp.,asubsidiaryofDassaultSystèmes,S.A.(Vélizy,France).[1]SolidWorksiscurrentlyusedbyover1.3millionengineersanddesignersatmorethan130,000companiesworldwide.FY2009revenueforSolidWorkswas366milliondollars.[2]
EdgeCAM; EdgecamisthedevelopmentofautomatedNCprogrammingsoftwaredevelopedbytheBritishPlanit.Edgecamcanbeintegratedwithtoday'smajorCADsoftdata,andbarrier-freedatatransmission.Givefullplaytotheassociationbetweentheentitiesandthetoolpath,suchasthegeometriccharacteristicsoftheentity(suchas:
height,depth,diameter)inthree-dimensionalsoftwareismodified,onlythetoolpathcanbeupdatedwithouthavingtore-edit.Edgecamcompletesolutionformilling,turning,millingandotherprocessingmethods.[3]

FinallyImakethesurfacereal.DuringtheprocessofthesurfacemachiningIlearnedhowtodrewdrewasurfacebyusingSolidWork.IknowasoftwarenamedEdgecam.IfinditiseasytomanufactureaComplexsurface.Ifindchangethedepthisthekeytoproductathing.OntheotherhandwhenIdrewasurfacebysurfaceIshouldpayattentiontotheCPL.ItmustthesamedirectionbetweenSolidWorkandEdgecam.Ithinkitisveryimportant.Ifyoudoawrongwayonthisstep,youwillfailthenextthings.
