    健康对我们任何人来说都是最为重要的。

为了保持健康，我们需要一些普通的知识。

    首先，注意你的饮食。

我们应该吃大量的水果和蔬菜，因为它们富含纤维素并且脂肪含量较低。

“一天一个苹果不求医。

”因此水果对健康有益。

不要吃太多富合脂肪的食物，比如说黄油。
