Usingtheoxytocininhaler,weranmorestudies.Weshowedthatoxytocininfusionincreasesgenerosityinunilateralmonetarytransfersby80percent.Weshoweditincreasesdonationstocharityby50percent.We'vealsoinvestigatednon-pharmacologicwaystoraiseoxytocin.Theseincludemassage,dancingandpraying.Yes,mymomwashappyaboutthatlastone.Andwheneverweraiseoxytocin,peoplewillinglyopenuptheirwalletsandsharemoneywithstrangers.Butwhydotheydothis?
