2.Construction结构

ThedeckcraneistobedesignedwiththeconstructionandmainmaterialsinaccordancewiththeClassificationRuleandJISstandards,andtobemanufacturedinaccordancewiththeapprovedgeneralassemblydrawing.

吊机的结构和主要材料按照船级社标准和JIS标准设计，并且生产的产品与提交给客户的确认图保持一致。

2-1Machineryequipment机械设备

（1）Hostingandluffingwinches上卷和俯仰（变幅）卷扬机

Thesewinchesareaccommodatedinthecranehousingwiththestateoftheluffingwinchinstalledoverthehoistingwinch.

卷扬机组安装在吊机机械室内，其中俯仰卷扬机安装在上卷卷扬机之上。

Thesewinchdrumscanbedrivenbythehydraulicmotorthroughplanetaryreductiongear.Thereductiongearisintheenclosedcasingandlubricatedbyoilbathing.

液压马达通过行星减速机驱动卷扬机滚筒，减速机采用封闭油浴式润滑设计。

Eachwinchhassphericalrollerbearingtoimproveefficiency.

每个卷扬机均采用球面滚柱轴承来提高效率。

Inaddition,asthewinchdrumisgrooved,thewireropecanbewoundregularlyonthedrum.卷扬机滚筒加工有凹槽，缆绳可以规则地缠绕在滚筒上。

Thebrakingsystemhastwo

（2）systems,oneishydraulicblockingsystem（counterbalancevalve）andtheotherishydraulicdiscbrakingsystem.Hoistingwinchisprovidedwithapinchroller.

制动系统分为两个系统：

液压制动系统（反平衡阀）和液压盘式制动系统。

起升卷扬机附有压带轮。

（2）Slewingdevice回转装置

Thiscraneisinstalledontheturntablebearingwhichissubjecttotheoverturningmomentandthrustingloadatthesametime.

起重机安装在转台轴承上，同时受倾覆力矩和反向负载力的作用。

Theinnerringoftheturntablebearingisprovidedwiththeinternalgearsandisfixedtohull

postbybolting.Alsotheouterringisfixedtothecranebasebybolting.

回转轴承内轮加工有内齿，并用螺栓与固定塔身（下筒体）法兰连接，外轮用螺栓与起重机台板连接。

Theslewingdeviceconsistsofthehydraulicmotor,planetaryreductiongear,pinion,hydraulicdiscbrakeandthepinionisengagedwiththeinternalgearoftheturntablebearing.Thereductiongearisintheenclosedcasingandlubricatedbyoilbathing.

回转装置由液压马达、行星减速机、小齿轮和液压盘式制动器等组成，其中小齿轮与回转轴承内齿相啮合。

减速机采用封闭油浴式润滑设计。

Thebrakingsystemhas

（2）systems,oneishydraulicblockingsystem（counterbalancevalve）andtheotherishydraulicdiscbrakingsystem.Thehydraulicdiscbrakestopstheslewingdevicewhenthepowersystemisoutofoperation.

制动系统分为两个系统：

当电源断电时，液压盘式制动系统将使回转装置停止运转。

（3）Cranebody吊机本体

Thebodyisofaboxtypeofweldedsteelandthebaseisfixedtotheturntablebearingbybolting.吊机本体是由钢板焊接而成的箱体，底座通过螺栓固定在回转轴承上。

（4）Jib吊臂

Thejibismanufacturedofweldedsteelandhassufficientstrengthandrigidityforexternalforce.

吊臂由高强度高硬度钢板焊接而成。

（5）Steelwirerope钢缆

Thefollowingwireropewillbeused.吊机采用以下钢缆。

·Hoistingrope上卷用钢缆

Non-rotatingtype4strands（Galvanized,Z-lay）非旋转型4股（镀锌、Z捻）

Ropeend:

Deadeyethimble（Oneside）绳端：

眼环（一边）

Seizing（Theotherside）缠绕（另一边）

·Luffingrope俯仰（变幅）用钢缆

（6）Operator’scabin驾驶室

Thecabiniscompletedwithheatandsoundinsulationonthewall.驾驶室墙壁采用隔热、隔音材料。

Twooperatinghandlesarearrangedinthecabinandeachhandleinconnectedtoeachhydrauliccontrolvalvesinmachineroom.

驾驶室设置两个操作手柄，分别与液压控制阀连接。

Hoistinghandleiseasilyoperatedbyarighthand,luffingandslewinghandleisdonebyalefthand.

右手手柄控制卷上卷下，左手手柄控制俯仰（变幅）和回转。

Luffingandslewinghandleisadoptedtheuniversalcontrollertooperatebothactionofluffingandslewing.

俯仰（变幅）、回转手柄采用万向控制器，可以同时控制俯仰（变幅）和回转。

Toraisetheefficiencyofcargohandling,thethreemotionatthesametimecanbecarriedoutwithlightload.

为了提高货物装卸效率，上卷、俯仰（变幅）、回转三个动作在轻负载的条件下可以同时操作。
