Ⅰ.Introduction

1.1ScopeofApplication

1.1.1Thisspecificationisadocumentoftechnologicalguidanceininstallationandapplication,onlyapplicableforoil-immersedtransformerof110kV(includingoff-circuittapchangingtransformer,onloadtapchangingtransformer,autocouplingtransformer,andcommutatortransformer).

1.1.2ScopeofApplication:

Requirementsoftransformertransportingbyrailway,roadandship;precautionsforfieldacceptanceandstorage;fieldoperationflowandacceptancetrial;conditionsforlaunchanddailymaintenance;failureidentification,etc.

1.1.3Applicationofthisspecificationshouldbeintegratedwithspecificstructureoftransformerforproperconstructionaccordingtorelevanttermsoftechnologicalrequirementsinthespecification.Foranyquestion,pleasecontactwiththemanufacturerforappropriatedisposal.

1.3TransformerStructure

1.3.1Core

Thecoreiswhollymadeofhighpermeabilitygrain-orientedcold-reducedsiliconsheetsteel,automaticallyassembledbyE-shapefullyautomatedcardstackerimportedfromSwitzerland.Theburratshearededgeisnolongerthan0.02mm.Appropriateset-upcolligationisusedfororientationofcorelegsoastoincreasemechanicalintensityanddecreaseopencircuitlossesandnoises.

1.3.2Coil

High-voltagecoilisformedbyinterleavedcontinuouswindingforsmallcapacityandinner-screencontinuouswindingforlargecapacityinordertoimprovethevoltagepropertyunderimpulsevoltageandreachevenvoltagedistribution.Thestayandbracketareallplanedroundedgestoimproveinsulationreliability.Twistdirectedforcedoilstructureisdesignedinsidetransformerwindingsothateachpartcanbefullycooledtodecreasethetemperatureriseofwindinganditsthermalpointandprolongtheinsulationlife.Highandmediumvoltageregulatorisequippedwithindividualregulatingwingdingsothateachwindinghasbalancedampere-turn,andconsequentlytodecreasetheaxialelectromotionatshortcircuitoftransformerandimproveitscapabilitytoresistsuddenshortcircuit.Thewindingradialisdesignedin“0”margin,keepingdryandclosefittingbetweencoreandlow-voltagewindingcylinder,stayandboardingset,andamonglow-voltage,high-voltageandregulatingwindingsothattheentirewindinghasgreattightnessandconcentricity.

1.3.3SubjectInsulation

Thewindinginsulators,suchasstay,bracket,andallhigh-voltageelectrodeandmetalstructuralcomponents,areplanedroundanglesinordertoavoidpointdischarge;thewindingshouldundergoasecondvacuumdryingaftercompletionofassembly,andthebodyshallhaveanotherkerosenegasdrying,inwhichwaythemoisturecontentisgreatlyreducedfrominsulatorsandthebodybecomesmorecleaner.Partialdischargeofproductisreducedthroughthetechnicsmentionedabove.

1.3.4Lead

Inrespectofhighvoltagelead,high-qualitytappingswitchisusedforon-loadtapchanging,andtheleadisconnectedbycoldpresswithshieldingprocessforroundangle;foroffcircuittapchanging,single-phaseoffcircuittapchangerisused.

1.3.5OilContainer

Thetransformerisequippedwithabelltypetankanddetachablefinnedradiator.

Ⅱ.TransportingandHoisting

2.1RequirementforTransporting

2.1.1Transformertransportedwithoilfillingshouldbefilledwithqualifiedtransformerinsulatingoilwiththeheightof150mmbelowthecontainertop,anddetachtheradiator,conservator,moistureabsorber,temperaturecontrollerandhighandlowvoltagecasingpipeandfanof10000kVAandabove,andmakeseparatedcasingtransportation,takingenoughadditionalinsulatingoilalongwithsubjecttransportation.

2.1.2Transformertransportedwithnitrogenfillshallbefilledwithnitrogengaswith99%purityandadewpointnohigherthan-30℃.Besides,installanitrogen-fillingequipmentandsteamgageontopoftheoilcontainer,andkeepthepositivepressureinsidecontainerof1.96~2.94×104pa.

2.1.3Transportationloadingshouldbecarriedaccordingtotherulesofrelevanttransportationdepartment.

2.1.4Duringtransportation,theimpactrecordinginstrumentshouldbeinstalledonthewallorcoverofoilcontainer.Themeasuringrangeisbetween±1and±5g(gistheunitforaccelerationofgravity),andtherecordingsensibilityis1.5~2mm/gwith500-3000timesofrecording.

2.1.5Transportationwithonloadtapchangermusthaveoilfillingintheheightofatleast150mmlowerthanthecontainertop.

2.2SubjectTransporting

2.2.1Duringthewholeprocessoftransportation(despiteofbyrailway,roadorship),thesubjectobliquityofnomorethan15°indirectionoflongaxisandnomorethan10°indirectionofshortaxis.

2.2.2Humpingimpactisprohibited.Accelerationofgravityfortransportation:

Nomorethan0.5gforaxialacceleration,andnomorethan0.3gforlateralacceleration.

2.2.3Lessthan15km/honfirst-classroad,andlessthan10km/honsecond-classroad.

2.3SubjectHoisting

2.3.1Thehoistingequipments,toolsandgroundworkofloadingsiteshouldbecapableofbearthehoistingweight(transportingweight)oftransformer.

2.3.2Theangleofhoistingslingshouldbemorethan30°.

2.4SubjectPullingandLifting

2.4.1Theworkingpointofsubjectpullingshouldbehangingontheappropriatedrawplateholeofbottompartoftank,notallowedtohangonsuchcomponentsincapabletobearweightastubeconnector.

2.4.2Thepullingspeedofdollyorrollaroundsonthetrackshouldbenomorethan100m/h.

2.4.3Forsubjectloadingonslope,theslopeangleshouldbelessthan10°andthelengthmorethan10maswellaswithskidproofdevice.

2.4.4Whenusingascrewjack,itshouldbeplaceunderthehoistingbracket.Whenliftingandlanding,itshouldkeepworkinginphasewiththesamespeed,preventingthejackfromskidding.

Ⅲ.AcceptanceandStorage

3.1InspectionofMerchandiseReceived

3.1.1Checkandacceptaccordingtopurchaseordertheproducts,nameplates,accessoriesandspareparts.

3.1.2Inspectthesubjectandaccessoriesforanyshiftingorimpactandmakedetailedrecords.Foranyproblem,contactwiththemanufacturerandtransportationdepartmenttofindoutreasonsandmakeproperdisposal.

3.1.3Checkthetransformertransportedwithfillingforoilpenetrationorleakageaswellastheoilheadandmakerecords.

3.1.4Checkthetransformertransportedwithnitrogenfillwhetherthenitrogengasiskeptinpositivepressureandmakerecords.

3.1.5Checktheaccessorypackingcontainerforanydamagesorlosses.Ifanyproblemisdiscovered,contactwiththemanufacturerandverifythedamagesandlossesforproperdisposal.

3.1.6Checkwhetherthenumberofcontainerarrivaltallieswiththatonthepackinglist,andforanymissdeliveryorwrongdelivery.Foranyproblems,contactwiththemanufacturerforproperdisposal.

3.2OOBAAcceptanceforAccessories

3.2.1Withrespecttothetransformerwithacapacityofover90000kVA,itisnecessarytocontactinadvancewiththemanufacturerandinformthetimeforOOBAsoastooperatetogetherwiththemanufacturer.

3.2.2Checkthecomponents,accessoriesandpartsinthecontaineraccordingtothepackinglistofeachsmallcontainer.Anydamagesormisspackingshouldberecorded.

3.2.3Checkforcompletefactorydocument,technologicalmaterialandcertificateofcompetency.

3.3AcceptanceStorage

3.3.1IfnomissdeliveryisfoundafterOOBA,makedetailedrecordsandsignin.

3.3.2Thecomponents,accessoriesandpartsinOOBAshouldbestoredaccordingtotheirpropertycharacter.Measures
