投标资料表

  △3）对照招标文件技术规格,逐条说明所提供货物和服务已对招标人的技术规格做出了实质性的响应,并申明与技术规格条文的偏差和例外。

特别对于有具体参数要求的指标,投标人必须提供所投设备的具体参数值

Storage,Preservation&Maintenance存储、保存以及维护

IncasespecialprecautionsarerequiredtosafeguardBidder’sguarantee,suchspecificconditionsshallbespecifiedinthequotation.Therecommendedprecautionsshallcovertheperiodofstorage,preservationandmaintenancefollowingdeliverythruplantstar-up,i.e.duringwarehousing,installation,commissioning,etc.    

为了保证投标商设备性能而需要采取特殊的防护措施，应在投标中明确指出。

推荐的防护措施应包括，存储及维护，整个防护期延续到装置开车，例如要经过仓储，安装，试车等各个阶段。
