Onefriend,whosefamilyownsachaincalledDrakeSupermarket,toldothersaboutit.Hiseffortpaidoff.Wereceiveddonationsthatfilled29boxeswithsportinggoods,toys,coloringbooks,pencils,children'sbooks,andmore,TheboxeswerelatertakentoDrake'swarehousewhereIpreparedthemforshipment.DrakeagreedtoshipthemtoNepalforfree.

Theboxesha

darrivedattheVolunteerHousewhenwearrivedthere.Thenextday,JasonandIunpackedtheboxes.Thechildrenfromtheorphanageslinedupandwereabletochooseagift.Thistookaboutanhour,butthelooksontheirfacesandthehappinessthatwesawintheireyesmadeitoneofthebestdaysofourlife.

Wevisitedtheorphanagesthereinthefollowingdays.Beingwiththechildrenattheorphanageswasbothsadandwonderful.I’msurethatanyonewhohasvolunteeredwillunderstandwhatImeanbythat.Myexperienceasavolunteerwasveryuseful.IthaschangedmeasapersonandthewayIviewedlifeinthepast.
