   ArecentMayoClinicstudyfoundthatmajorsurgicalerrors-includingoperatingonthewrongsiteorsideofthebody,orevenleavingtoolsorobjectsinsidethepatient-occureveryoneoutof22,000procedures.That'srare,butrobotslikeSTARwouldaimtolowerthenumberevenfurther.
