Preface

Forburiedsteelwaterpipelinecementmortarliningtechnology,inrecentyearsinthedomesticengineeringhasbeenwidelyusedandhasmatureexperience.Thewatersupplypipewallusingcementmortarlining,notonlycanpreventtheinternalcorrosionofthepipescale,prolongtheservicelife,andcanprotectthewaterquality,maintainorimprovethetransportationcapacityofpipeline,energysaving,hasobviouseconomicbenefitsandsocialbenefits.Inordertomeettheneedsofdesignandconstructionandensurethequalityoftheproject,thisstandardisspeciallymade.Thisstandardreferstotheachievementsofscientificexperimentsathomeandabroad,combineswithengineeringpracticeandseekstheopinionsofexpertsandunitsconcerned,andhasbeenexaminedandapprovedbytheNationalTechnicalCommitteeforpipelinestructurestandards.

ThetechnicalstandardforcementmortarliningofburiedwatersupplysteelpipeisherebyapprovedandisnumberedCECS10:

89,andrecommendedtotheengineeringconstructionandconstructionunits.Intheprocessofusing,adviceandinformationpleasesendtoBeijingYuetanNanStreetCommitteestructurenationalstandardBpipelinetechnologyNo.2(postencoding:

ChapterIGeneralProvisions

Article1.0.1toprolongtheservicelifeofthepipelineforburiedwater,protectwaterquality,maintainorimprovethetransportationcapacityofpipeline,toensurethequalityofcementmortarlining,thespeciallyformulatedstandards.

Article1.0.2Thisstandardappliestonominaldiameter500mmandaboveneworhavebeenbuiltforburiedsteelwaterpipeline.

Thewaterconveyingpipeshouldbeconsistentwiththe"surfacewaterenvironmentalqualitystandard"(GB3838-88)or"sanitarystandardfordrinkingwater"(GB5749-85)requirements.Watertemperatureshallnotexceed60degreescentigrade.

Article1.0.3thisstandardappliestotheconstructionprocessofmechanicalsprayingonsite.Whenthepipediameterisgreaterthan1000mm,ifthereisnomechanicalsprayingequipmentandhavemanualpaintingexperience,allowedtohandpainted.

Article1.0.4thequalityindexoftheliningsurfaceasspecifiedinthisstandardisaccordingtotheroughnesscoefficientofthelining,andthenvalueisnotgreaterthan0.

Secondchaptermaterials

Article2.0.1liningcementshouldbeusedinPortlandcementandordinaryportlandcementandPortlandslagcement,andshallcomplywiththenationalstandard"Portlandcementandordinaryportlandcement("GB175-85"),slagPortlandcement,volcanomarlyPortlandcementandPortlandfly-ashcement"(GB1344-85)regulations.Cementismarked426or525.

Article2.0.2sandparticlesmustbehard,cleanandwellgraded.Thequalitystandardandinspectionmethodshouldbeinaccordancewiththe"ordinaryconcretesandqualitystandardandinspectionmethod"(JGJ52-79),sandclay,mica,organicimpuritiesandotherharmfulsubstancesshouldnotexceed2%ofthetotalweightofthetotalweight.

Sandshouldbeallthrough1.19mmsieve(14mesh),the0.297mm(50meshsieve)shouldnotexceed55%,through0.149mmsieve(100mesh)shouldnotexceed5%.

Applyscreenselectionbeforeuse.

Article2.0.3waterqualitymustbecleanandshallnotcontainsubstancessuchasclay,oil,acid,alkaliandorganicsubstancesthataffectthequalityofmortarlining.Drinkingwatershouldbeadopted.

Article2.0.4inordertoimprovetheworkabilityofmortarandthecompactnessandbondstrengthtoadditive,mustbedeterminedthroughtests,theharmfuleffectonthewaterpipeandthecorrosionofsteelliningmortaradmixturesshall.

Thethirdchapterconstructionregulations

Section1GeneralProvisions

Article3.1.1cementmortarliningconstructionmustbecompletedinthepipelinelaying,testpressurequalified,andaccordingtothedesignrequirementsofsoilcompaction,liningconstructionprocess,thepipelinemustbeinastablestate.

Article3.1.2theliningshallbecheckedbeforetheconstructionofthedeformationstatus,themaximumverticaldisplacementshouldnotbegreaterthanthedesignrequirements,andshallnotbegreaterthan2%ofthepipediameter.

Article3.1.3liningconstruction,theinnerwallofthepipemustbecleaned,thenewlylaidpipelineshouldremovelooseoxidescale,rust,dirt,grease,weldingslag,dirtandotherattachments,weldsteelpipewallbulgeheightisgreaterthanthethicknessoftheprovisionsoftable3.3.11/3,theoldpipelineshouldberemovedrust,scaleandotherattachments.Afterremovaloftheattachment,applywatercleaning.Theliningofthepipeshallbefreeofcondensationandwaterwhenlining.

Secondsectionliningmaterialpreparation

Article3.2.1cementmortarmustbemechanicallymixedandstirred.Theconsistencyofthemortarshallbeinaccordancewiththeuniformdensityofthelining.Mortarshouldbeusedbeforeinitialsetting.

Article3.2.2theweightratioofcementmortarin1:

1to1:

2intherangeofselectionofcementmortarslumpshouldbe60~80mm,whenthediameterislessthan1000mm,allowingincreased,butnotmorethan120mm.

Thefirst3.2.

3cementmortarcompressivestrengthshallnotbelessthan30MPa.

Constructionandmaintenanceofthirdsectionlining

Article3.3.1liningthicknessandpermissibletolerancesofvariousdiameterscanbeusedasshownintable3.3.1.

Whenhandpainted,theliningthicknessspecifiedintable3.3.1shallbepaintedseparately.

Article3.3.2whenusingmechanicalsprayingprocess,thepipeneartheelbow,threespecialfittingsandtheadjacentgatecanbeappliedbyhand,andtothesmoothtransitionandmechanicalsprayinglining.

 

Whenthepipeliningcementmortarreachesthefinalsetting,itmustbeimmediatelywateredandmaintained,andthemoisturecontentoftheliningshouldbemorethan7d.WhenusingslagPortlandcement,keepwetstateshouldbeabove10d.

Duringmaintenance,alltheholesinthepipesectionshallbetightlyclosed.Whenthecuringperiodisreached,watershouldbefilledintime,orthemaintenanceshouldbecontinued.

Thefourthchapter,liningqualityinspectionstandardandmethod

Article4.0.1cementmortarliningthicknesscanbemeasuredbydrillingmethodorthicknessgauge.Whenthethicknessgaugeisused,thetestershallbeverifiedbythetestingdepartment,andtheallowabletolerancesshallbespecifiedintable3.3.1.

Whenthediameterisgreaterthanorequalto800mm,each100mlongpipeinspectionin2sections,eachsectionshouldbemeasuredby2points,ifthe1pointsarenotqualified,andthenchecksthe4sections,suchastherearestill2pointsisnotqualified,thedetectionsectionisnotqualified.Pipeswithadiameteroflessthan800mmaredesirabletobedetectedatbothendsofthepipesection.Thetestingstandardsshallbethesameasabove,andthelengthofeachsegmentshallnotexceed500m.

Thefirst4.0.

Surfacesmoothnessof2cementmortarlinings.Thegapbetweentheliningsurfaceandtherulercanbemeasuredbyusingthe300mmrulerparallelpipeaxis.

Thediameterof800~2000mm,each100mpipesample10,thegap9shouldbelessthan1.6mm,ifnotmet,thenchouce20,ofwhich18ofthegapshouldnotbemorethan1.6mm;thediameterislargerthan2000mm,thegapshouldnotexceed2.0mm,thedetectionmethod,otherwisenotqualified.

Thepipediameterislessthan800mm,closetothetubesectionattheendsofdesirabledetection,detectionofeachendof4,thegap3shouldbelessthan1.6mm,ifnotmet,thenthedetectionof4,thegap3shouldbelessthan1.6mm,otherwiseunqualified.Thelengthofeachsegmentshallnotexceed500m.

Article4.0.3surfaceroughnessofcementmortarlining.Whenmechanicalsprayingconstruction,comparewiththetemplate;whenhandpaintingconstruction,tofeelsmooth,nosandsensetest.Whenitisconsideredthattheactualnvalueneedstobedetected,theflowtestcanbecarriedoutafterthepipelinehaspassedthroughthewater.

Article4.0.4cementmortarliningcrackscausedbyshrinkage,whenitswidthislessthanorequalto1.6mm,andalongthepipelineaxiallengthisnotgreaterthanthecircumferenceoftheconduitandthelengthofnotmorethan5mcannotrepair.Whenthecrackwidthisgreaterthan1.6mm,thecrackscanbeautomaticallyhealedafterstrengtheningmaintenance,whichcanbeconsideredqualified.

Article4.0.5cementmortarliningsurfacedefects(pits,sandhole,emptynestetc.)everysingleshallnotbegreaterthan5cm2,thedepthofthedefectacc
