9、icle 1.0.2 This standard applies to nominal diameter 500mm and above new or have been built for buried steel water pipeline.The water conveying pipe should be consistent with the surface water environmental quality standard (GB3838-88) or sanitary standard for drinking water (GB5749-85) requirements

10、. Water temperature shall not exceed 60 degrees centigrade.Article 1.0.3 this standard applies to the construction process of mechanical spraying on site. When the pipe diameter is greater than 1000mm, if there is no mechanical spraying equipment and have manual painting experience, allowed to hand

11、painted.Article 1.0.4 the quality index of the lining surface as specified in this standard is according to the roughness coefficient of the lining, and the n value is not greater than 0.012 of the standards set.Second chapter materialsArticle 2.0.1 lining cement should be used in Portland cement an

12、d ordinary portland cement and Portland slag cement, and shall comply with the national standard Portland cement and ordinary portland cement ( GB175-85 ), slag Portland cement, volcano marly Portland cement and Portland fly-ash cement (GB1344-85) regulations. Cement is marked 426 or 525.Article 2.0

13、.2 sand particles must be hard, clean and well graded. The quality standard and inspection method should be in accordance with the ordinary concrete sand quality standard and inspection method (JGJ52-79), sand clay, mica, organic impurities and other harmful substances should not exceed 2% of the to

14、tal weight of the total weight.Sand should be all through 1.19mm sieve (14 mesh), the 0.297mm (50 mesh sieve) should not exceed 55%, through 0.149mm sieve (100 mesh) should not exceed 5%.Apply screen selection before use.Article 2.0.3 water quality must be clean and shall not contain substances such

15、 as clay, oil, acid, alkali and organic substances that affect the quality of mortar lining. Drinking water should be adopted.Article 2.0.4 in order to improve the workability of mortar and the compactness and bond strength to additive, must be determined through tests, the harmful effect on the wat

16、er pipe and the corrosion of steel lining mortar admixtures shall.The third chapter construction regulationsSection 1 General ProvisionsArticle 3.1.1 cement mortar lining construction must be completed in the pipeline laying, test pressure qualified, and according to the design requirements of soil

17、compaction, lining construction process, the pipeline must be in a stable state.Article 3.1.2 the lining shall be checked before the construction of the deformation status, the maximum vertical displacement should not be greater than the design requirements, and shall not be greater than 2% of the p

24、ement mortar reaches the final setting, it must be immediately watered and maintained, and the moisture content of the lining should be more than 7d. When using slag Portland cement, keep wet state should be above 10d.During maintenance, all the holes in the pipe section shall be tightly closed. Whe

25、n the curing period is reached, water should be filled in time, or the maintenance should be continued.The fourth chapter, lining quality inspection standard and methodArticle 4.0.1 cement mortar lining thickness can be measured by drilling method or thickness gauge. When the thickness gauge is used

26、, the tester shall be verified by the testing department, and the allowable tolerances shall be specified in table 3.3.1.When the diameter is greater than or equal to 800mm, each 100m long pipe inspection in 2 sections, each section should be measured by 2 points, if the 1 points are not qualified,

27、and then checks the 4 sections, such as there are still 2 points is not qualified, the detection section is not qualified. Pipes with a diameter of less than 800mm are desirable to be detected at both ends of the pipe section. The testing standards shall be the same as above, and the length of each

28、segment shall not exceed 500m.The first 4.0.Surface smoothness of 2 cement mortar linings.
