1.Objectives

“ChineseBusinessEnvironment”isveryimportantforastudentwhosemajorisinternationaltradeandeconomics,business,andothereconomicsmajor,itisnecessaryforthemtogetabettergraspofbusinessenvironmentinChina.Forforeignstudents,whowanttodobusinessortogetbetterunderstandingofChina,itisalsoveryimportanttolearnthiscourse.Thismoduleaimstohelpstudentsgetbasicbusinessknowledge;getabetterunderstandingofChineseBusinessEnvironment.Bytheendofthemodule,thestudentwillhavetheknowledgeofChina’sinwardFDI,outwardFDI,businesslawsystem,E-businessinChina,businessenvironmentinChina,sustainabledevelopmentinChina;theywillhavetheirownviewsondoingbusinessinChina.

2.BasicRequirements

（1）MainContents

Thecourseisdividedintotheoreticalpartandpracticalpart,thetheoreticalpartincludesChina’sbusinessenvironment,inwardandoutwardFDIofChina,businesslawinChina,E-businessinChina,China’smonetarypolicyandexchangeratepolicyaswellassustainabledevelopmentinChina,etc.;practicalpartprovidingstudentsopportunitiestogotosomecompaniesandenterprisestogetabetterunderstandingofChina’sbusinessenvironmentandrelatedissues.

（2）TeachingMethod

Thiscourseisintheformofclassingteachingandpractice.Theteachingmethodsmaybeslightlydifferentamongteacher.Foreachclass,eachteacherwillchooseaspecifictopicthatrelatedwithChineseBusinessEnvironment.Duringtheclass,theteachercanorganizegroupdiscussion.Onecharacteristicofthiscourseispracticecourse,wewillorganizestudenttogotocompanies,enterprisesandotherplaces,toletthemgetbetterunderstandingofthiscourse.

（3）LearningRequirements
