Abstract

Constructionprogresswasoneofthethreeobjectivesoftheprojectwhichisanimportantcomponentofprojectmanagement.Reasonable,scientific,efficiencyofprojectconstructionscheduleisthekeytoachievetheprojectobjectivescontrol.Onlyduringthepreparationstage,stageofprogressoftheprogrammerdesignstage,plansandimplementationofconstructionandotherlinks,takingfullaccountofthefavorablefactors,rationalcoordinationoflimitedresources,caneventuallyachievetheprogressrequiredbythetarget,tocreateadvanced,civilizationandconstructionprocessandlayasolidmaterialfoundation.

Progress,investment,qualityisthethreeobjectivesoftheproject;thereisarelationshipofmutualdependenceandmutualrestrictionbetweenthem.Projectschedulecontrolisanimportantcomponentofprojectmanagementandistoensurethatprojectobjectivescontroliscompletetheprerequisitefortherealizationof,toensuretheprojectduration,therationaluseofresources,andlowercosts,topreventplanchangestoobigandimportantguaranteeforimprovingtheefficiencyofproject.Managementshouldfocusonthefollowingaspects:

1.Attachesgreatimportancetoprojectconstructionpreparation

Projectpreparationisanimportantcomponentofconstructionproduction,anditisintendedtoprojectgoals,resourcesupplyandselectionofconstructionplan,spatiallayoutandthevariousaspectsoftimeandmanpowerarrangement.Italsoisthefundamentalguaranteeforthesmoothconductofcivilengineeringconstructionandequipmentinstallation.Therefore,preparingcarefullyfortechnicalbeforeconstruction,materials,labororganizationspreparationandover-the-counterpreparationsforconstructionsitepreparation,hasanimportanteffectonrationalsupplyingresourcestospeeduptheconstructionspeed,improvingprojectqualityensuringconstructionsafetyandwinningsocialreputation.Tostrengthentheprojectprogresscontrol,youmustattachgreatimportancetotheprojectpreparation,preparationbeforeconstruction.

2.Deploymentandconstructionofconstructionprogramming
