PressureRecorderisakindofelectronicdatarecorddevicewhichspeciallydetectsthepressureofapipeorapressurevessel.Itsetsthesensor,intelligentinstrumentatanorganicwhole,cancollectandrecordpressuredataaccordingtothesettedpressurerecordtimeinterval.Pressuredatacandisplaythroughtheliquidcrystal,alsocanbereadtothecomputerthroughUSB,andcooperatewithPCmanagementsoftwaretostatisticsandanalysethedata.

Pressurerecorderislinkedwithjoiningpipethroughthethreadinterface,theconnectionneedtoinstallneedlevalvetobeconvenienttodebugging,replacementandmaintenance.Measuringinstallationpointsshouldasfaraspossibletoavoidtheinterferenceofenvironmentalfactors,suchasseveretemperaturechanging,vibrationandimpactetc.

ThethreadinterfaceofPressurerecorderisM20x1.5,currentlytwoinstallationsarerecommended:

①thePressurerecorderdirectlylinkedwiththeneedlevalve;②thePressurerecorderinstalledinthewallwithstents（ortubesofcurvedstentsortubesofflatstents）,andthenconnectstoneedlevalve.ItisshownasFigure5.1below:

WhenitisDirectconnection,needlevalveinterfacesareallowedtobelinkedwithtwotypesofthreadedinterfacethroughAdapter,metricthreadM20x1.5and1/2NPTthread.Installationproceduresareasfollows:

1）WhenthemeterneedlevalveinterfaceisM20x1.5

ⅠInstalltheneedlevalveinthepressuretaptomakesurethatthejointtakesgoodsealandneedlevalveisintheclosedposition;

ⅡInstallPressurerecorder,theinterfaceofPressurerecorderandtheinterfaceofthestopvalvearesealedviasealgasket;

ⅢOpenthestopvalve,observetheindicatingvalueofPressurerecorderandsetthePressurerecorder.

2）Whenthemeterneedlevalveinterfaceis1/2NPT

ⅠSelectNPTthreadadapter（optional）,installitintheinterfaceofPressurerecorder;

ⅡInstalltheneedlevalveinthepressuretaptomakesurethatthejointtakesgoodsealandneedlevalveisintheclosedposition;

ⅢInstallPressurerecorder,windtheadhesivetapebetweentheinterfaceofPressurerecorderandthemeterneedlevalveinterface

ⅣOpentheneedlevalve,observetheindicatingvalueofPressurerecorderandsetthePressurerecorder.

2、Trestleinstallation

ⅠConfirmtheinstallationpositionofPressurerecorder,fastenPressurerecorder;

ⅡConfirmcathetertrendandlengthaccordingtothedistancebetweeninstallationpositionandPressuretappingpoint,andsiteequipmentdistribution;

ⅢCheckwhetherpressuretappingpointtakesgoodsealing;

ⅣChoosestainlesssteelpipewhosediameteris6asjoiningpipetobend.

6、Full-rangecorrection

Full-rangecorrectionnotalwaysmadeinthelargestoftherange,itcanbecorrectedaslongasthepressureismorethanhalfrangeandlessthanorequaltofullrange,butthemoreclosetothefullrangethebetterthecorrectionresult.Whenthevalueislessthanhalftherangethecorrectionoperationisforbidden.Duringcorrectionthepressureshoudbeensuredstableandnochanging.
