中方参会企业特别注意：
●今年由于受美国经济低迷、中国对外签证政策紧缩、藏独破坏奥运、汶川大地震等诸多因素的影响，报名参加本届洽谈会的美国企业比以往相对较少。
●下述美国企业（少数企业来自其他国家）为2008年5月30日下午17时前确认的参会企业，共44家。
根据以往经验，由于疾病、天气、交通事故或另有重要事务等突发因素，每年均有个别已经报名的外国企业最后一刻取消参会，请中方参会企业给予谅解。
●请报名参会企业仔细阅读下述信息，筛选出与本企业合作意向对口的外国企业，以便在洽谈会会场及时找到所要洽谈的外方企业。
●本次洽谈会中方参会企业仅限于美中经济合作组织中国首席企业和美中国际合作交流促进会中国合作企业参加。
