①“begoingto＋动词原形”构成一般将来时态，表示计划或安排要发生的动作，有时也可以表示推测将要或肯定会发生的动作，有“准备；打算”之意。
其中的be要根据句子的主语来确定，一般将来时常与表示将来时间的状语如tomorrow，nextweek，nextSunday等连用。
②when此处用作连词，意为“当……时”，用来引导时间状语从句。
在when引导的时间状语从句中，主句是一般将来时，从句要用一般现在时表示将来。
