（1）releaseprisonersshouldinputtheirdestinctionaddress,iftheprisonerwillcomebacktohometown（thedestinationissameastheaddressonthecard）,caninputa“,”ora“.”，systemwillreplacetheiraddressintodestination.

（2）Ifprisonerstransfertoaprisoninaprovinceorsuboffice,youmustinputthenameofacceptionoffice（pinyincode）ataboveitem,donotinputatbelowitem,becausetheregulatoryreformsystemoftheofficewilltransferprisonersaccordingtotheregulatoryreformsystem.

（3）Theprisonerstransferoutoftheprovince,shouldinput”XXprovinceprisonmanagementoffice”ataboveitem,inputaccualprisonnameatbelowiteminChinese.Ifyoudon’tknowthedetailsabouttheprison，donotinputthebelowitem.

Batchreleasemeanssystemselectthoseprisonerswhoisgoingtobereleaseandshowtheirimformationonthescreen,inordertohavealookonandmodify,afterthatitcantransferfiles.Afterselectthismenuitem,systemwillpop-upthefinaldaterangeselectiondialogbox,thedateontheleftitemofdialogboxisneedn’ttobeinput,whenyoudonotinputtheleftitem,systemwillselectprisonersgoingtobereleasebeforetherightdateitem.Afterpress[Yes]button,systemwillbegintoselect,duringit’sselect,ifprisonersareeacaped,executionoutsideprisongettingoutofcontrolorfinishtheirholidaybutnotreturnedwillnotbeconsidered..Whatevertheirreleasedateisnearornot.Probationisnotdetached,withdrawnorthreetestdatehasexpiredwillbeselect（pointoutwithyellowline）,Whenfinishselectionthescreenformatjustlikefollowingpicture:
