设备搬迁合同
设备搬迁合同
甲方：
乙方：
甲方委托乙方承担（车间内）160T冲压机（18台）125T冲压机（7台）清洗线（2条），乙方负责拖拉就位。
双方在友好协商的基础上本着互惠互利的原则，达成以下协议：
1.本次由乙方承担的搬迁工程内容包括：
（1）以上的设备由车间内搬迁；
（2）设备水、电、气由甲方负责拆除。
2.工期：
年月日至年月日完成，具体日期如有变动，以甲方书面通知为准。
因甲方原因等，未具备正常施工条件而造成的工程拖期不追究乙方的责任。
3.工程造价：
工程总造价为：
壹万元正
结算方式：
4.设备搬迁完一次性付清。
5.变更、解除：
本合同的甲方需要变更合同时，必须以书面形式通知乙方，双方协商另行签订的修订补充合同后，变更即生效。
如甲方潍坊有关法律规定或合同规定，造成无法履行合同，责任方赔偿因此给乙方造成的实际损失后，方可解除合同。
6.约定事项：
为便于组织协调，甲方必须派出管理者现场带队，由相关人员专业人员组成搬迁。
施工组织全面负责此项工作，乙方所有工作人员必须熟悉本次工程的内容、安全措施、施工方案及工程进度，遵守甲方厂规厂纪，服从统一指挥，所有
起重设备在使用的必须严格检查，确认合格后方可使用。
设备起重前应检查绳索的完成状况，起重离开地面后应再做检查，确认无异常后方可吊起。
每台设备在搬迁应与甲方代表一起进行核对工作。
设备搬迁过程设备的保管责任由甲乙双方共同负责。
在设备搬迁安装过程中甲方负责无偿提供施工机器、工具器材的保管场所（保管责任由乙方负责）以保证作业区域和通道无障碍。
搬迁过程中超出乙方承担的搬迁工程内容而甲方追加的项目，乙方应积极配合完成，追加项目费用由甲方按实际发生工程量另行计算。
乙方必须保证设备从拆解至装车均有专人负责，乙方人员必须严格主意施工安全，乙方在施工过程中的责任事故由乙方负责。
甲方安排相关人员现场监督施工质量，并负责协调施工中的现场问题，搬迁工程由乙方承包，对工程质量及工期负全部责任，乙方保证甲方设备的安全，如因乙方责任在工作过程中发生意外事故造成甲方设备损失的，乙方负责弥补损失或按设备部件赔偿直接损失。
7.合同纠纷解决方式：
如因双方之间签订的合同、协议或发生的其他业务发生正义，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成时，按《合同法》向人民法院诉讼解决。
8.合同生效条件及份数：
本合同正本四份，具有相同法律效力，甲乙双方各二份。

钻井队设备搬迁协议书

1；工作内容；甲方委托乙方将其钻井设备及附属设备全套【型】由

甲方应安排专人就卸车的设备物品进行指挥安排，确保码放到位。
4；乙方应安排具有专业资格的人员进行吊装作业，并对其过程中的安全负责。
5；乙方在搬运过程中要做到热情周到，保证物品安全无损坏，服从甲方的分配与指挥，如
乙方在搬运中发生损坏，乙方负责赔偿。
6；甲方应在计划搬迁的二到三日内通知乙方，一起对场地，道路等事宜进行实地勘测，对
存在的问题协商解决。
7；新旧场地内，甲方应对乙方指定明确的场地范围，任何设备车辆不得超出该范围作业；
场地范围内的纠纷等事宜由甲方负责。
8；乙方在搬迁过程中时如遇地方人员阻挠，道路，天气等不确定因素时，由甲乙双方临时。

甲乙双方在搬迁完三个工作日内：
乙方根据《搬迁验机单》统计此次搬迁设备所产生的费用，将《费用清单》以书面形式交付甲方，甲方核实无误后签字确认，此《费用清单》原件甲乙双方各持一份（《费用清单》见附件b）。
注：
因本合同所产生搬迁设备数量无法在搬迁前确认及统计，所以具体费用以《费用清单》为准。

[甲方搬迁前准备]
1.做好所有数据备份，确保数据安全；
2.选择一条以上运输线路图，提前五日提供给乙方；
3.检测新机房温度，湿度，电源环境（注:
地线必须接地）达到设备使用要求；
4.提前办理好搬迁所需的出入门及相关手续，以便搬迁顺利；
5.甲方提供一位协调人员与乙方协调人员配合工作；
6.新机房设备摆放图，提前五天供给乙方；
7.新工作环境和现在工作环境各提供一间作为设备周转用途的工作场地。

3.inspectandmeasurethetemperature,humidity,andpowersupply（withgroundconnectionproperlymade）inthenewterminaltoensurethattheyareuptotherequirements.
4.securealltheentranceandexitpermitsandgothroughallthenecessaryproceduresinadvancetofacilitatethemove.
5.designateacoordinatortoworkwiththecounterpartappointedbythecarrier.
6.providethemapandthelayoutofthenewterminalforthecarrieratleastfivedayspriortothemove.
7.allocateatemporarystorageroomsuitablefortheequipmentintransitbothatoriginandatdestination.

2.由甲方关闭所有搬迁设备软件程序；
3.由乙方工作人员断开电源；
4.拆卸前每位乙方工作人员佩戴防静电手环；
5.以甲方现在每个机柜为一套设备进行统一标识；
6.每台服务器对应的联线、硬盘、电源贴上对应标签；
7.断开服务器所有联线；
8.将服务器拆离机柜，如果拆离硬盘应做好标识；
9.对服务器进行包装，对拆离的硬盘做减震包装；
10.搬运上车。
