一．一般过去时的疑问句

特殊疑问句

结构：

疑问词+did+主语+动词原形+其他？

eg1.Wheredidyoudoyesterdayafternoon?

你昨天下午做了什么？

---我和我的朋友一起打网球。

eg2.Whydidyougotoschoolonfootyesterday?

为什么你昨天步行上学？

---因为我的自行车坏了。

一般疑问句

something,anything,everything,nothing,somebody,anyone等都是复合不定代词

somebody/nobody指人，something/nothing指物，复合不定代词后的谓语用单数。

世上无难事，只怕有心人。

形容词放在复合不定代词之后:

Ihavesomethingimportanttotellyou.

我有重要的事情告诉你。

二．seem的用法

作系动词（be动词）或不及物动词，“好像，似乎，看起来”，用法：

1.seem+形容词，“看起来”，如：

Thelittlebabyseemshappytoday.

这个小婴儿今天似乎是开心的。

2.seemtodosth,似乎/好像做某事，如：

Theyoungmanseemedtohavechangedsomuch.

这个年轻人似乎改变了很多。

3.Itseemsthat+从句，如：

Itseemsthatnoonecareswhathappenedinthepast.

似乎没有人在意过去发生了什么。

4.seemlike,似乎/好像，如：

Itseemslikeagoodidea.

这似乎是个好主意。

三．bored和boring

bored,厌烦的，不感兴趣的

Sheisboredwithherjob.

她对工作感到厌烦。

boring,无趣的，无聊的

Themeetingisreallyboring.

这个会议真的很无趣。

Inthefuture,robotswilldoboringjobsinplaceofpeopleinordernottogetusbored.

未来，机器人会代替人类做一些无聊的工作以避免让我们感到厌烦。

四．decide的用法

1.vt.后常接名词，动词不定式，“特殊疑问词+动词不定式”或宾语从句，如：

Ican’tdecidethedateofthemeeting.

我决定不了会议的日期。

Wedecidetogotothemuseum.

我们决定去博物馆。

Theycan’tdecidewhotoinvite.

他们不能决定邀请谁。

Wedecidedthatwewouldnotgototheparty.

我们决定不去那个派对。

2.vi.常与介词on或upon连用，后接名词，如：

Shedecidedontheredshoes.

她决定买这双红色的鞋了。

Weshoulddecideuponthelengthofthiscontract.

我们该决定合约的时效了。

Hedecided__________alettertohisuncleinNewYork.

五．try

trytodo.尽最大努力去做，如：

I’mtryingtolearnEnglishwell.

我正尽最大努力去学好英语。

trydoing.尝试去做，如：

我尝试着去解这道数学难题。

Everyonewantstotryskatingontherealicebecausenoonedidthatinthepast.

每个人都想尝试在真冰上滑冰，因为之前从来没有人这样做过。

Youshouldtrytostudyhardandgetgoodmarksintheexams.

你应该尽最大努力去学习并且在考试中得到高分。

六．wonder

“想知道，对……感到好奇”，后常接who,what,why,where引导的宾语从句

IwonderwhyAnnislateforschoolagain.

我想知道为什么Ann上学又迟到了。

Shewonderedwhathissonwasdoing.

她想知道他儿子在做什么。

HewonderswhyDaviddidn’tanswerthephone.

她想知道David为什么没有接电话。

七．becauseof和because

becauseof+名词/代词=because+句子

Wehavetocancelthepicnicbecauseoftheheavyrain.

=Wehavetocancelthepicnicbecausetherainisheavy.

因为大雨我们不得不取消野餐。

句子转换练习：

八．enough

1.代词，“足够，充分”，代替名词在句中作主语或宾语

Enoughhasbeensaidonthissubject.

关于这个话题已经说得够多了。

Ihavehadenough.Thankyou.

我已经吃饱了，谢谢。

2.形容词，“足够的，够多的”，放在名词前面

Wehaveenoughfoodforthecomingwinter.

我们为即将到来的冬天储备了足够多的食物。

3.副词，“足够地，充分地”,放在形容词或副词后面

Herunsfastenoughthatnobodycancatchhim.

他跑得很快，，没有人能赶上他。

Don’tworry.Shecanlookafterherselfcarefullyenough.

不要担心。

她会好好照顾自己的。

九．feellike的用法

1.feellike+n.“感觉像”

一十．quiteafew许多的

quiteafew+可数名词复数=many

Wetookquiteafewphotosyesterday.=Wetookmanyphotosyesterday.

昨天我们拍了很多照片。

HestayedinGuangzhouforquiteafewdays.=HestayedinGuangzhouformanydays.

他在广州待了好长一段时间。

一十一．倍数表达法

another+基数词+复数名词=基数词+more+复数名词

anothertwohours=twomorehours又两个小时

Weworkedanotherfourhourstosolvethisproblem.

=Weworkedfourmorehourstosolvethisproblem.

我们又工作了4个小时去解决这个问题。

anotherhour=onemorehour又一个小时

一十二．few/afew/little/alittle

few+可数名词复数，表否定含义，“几乎没有”

Hehasfewfriendshere.

他在这里没什么朋友。

afew+可数名词复数，表肯定含义，“些许，一些”

Pleasewaitforafewminutes.

请等几分钟。

little+不可数名词，表否定含义，“几乎没有”

HeknowslittleEnglish.

他几乎不懂英语。

alittle+不可数名词，表肯定含义，“些许，一些”

Thereisalittlemilkinthefridge.

冰箱里有一些牛奶。

一十三．somewhere/anywhere/everywhere/nowhere

Somewhere:

“某处，在某处”，强调在某个地方，用于肯定句

Ilostmypencil,butitmustbesomewhereinmyroom.

我把铅笔弄丢了，但是它肯定在我房间里的某个地方。

Anywhere:

“任何地方，无论何处”，用于否定句，疑问句和条件状语从句中，用在肯定句中，表示“随便什么地方”

Don’tspitanywhere.

不要随地吐痰。

DidyouseemyEnglishbookanywhere?

你看到我的英语书了吗？

Itcouldcomefromanywhere.

它可能来自任何地方。

Takemewithyouifyougoanywhere.

Everywhere:

“到处，每个地方”，用于肯定句

Nowhere:

“不在任何地方，任何地方都不”，和anywhere意思相反。
