【abstract】Astreetlightautomaticcontrolsystemdesign,combinedwiththecontrol,electriclampswitchcontrolfunction;Andstreetlampfaultdetectionandfaultstreetlampaccordingtothefunctionofthenumber.UseonSTC89C51asthecoreControlunit;UsingDS1302clockchiptocontrolthepointopentoturnoffthelightswhenstreetlamps;Byaphotosensorcompletecollectionofambientlightandstreetlightfaultdetection,soastorealizethenumberofopticallycontrolledopentoturnoffthelightsandfaultstreetlampdisplay.ThissystemCanthroughtheRS-232communicationportwiththestreetlightcontrolroomoftheuppermachinecommunication.

Introduction

ForthemostpartatpresentdomesticcitiesandregionsofthestreetlampLightingadoptselectriccontrol,timecontrolandsinglepointofelectronsControl,maintenancemanagementandmanualinspectionsandthemassesThetraditionalway,becauseofthelackofscientificandeffectivemonitoringMeans,largearealightingduringtheday,nightnotlargeareaLightphenomenonoccursfrequently,oftencan'tfindandinatimelymannerProcessing,notonlycausedpowerresources,humanresourcesCost,improvetheoperatingcostsofthesystemandtocitizensLifebringinconvenience.

IntelligentroadlightingsystemcanaccordingtodifferentareaDomainofdifferentfunctionalrequirements,atdifferenttimesanddifferenteverydayNaturallightorunderdifferenttrafficflowconditions,thepressAccordingtoaspecificsetting,realizedynamicwisdomofroadlightingCanmanagement,namelytheTPOmanagement(TIME/PLACE,TIMELocation/OCCASIONoccasions).IntelligentroadlightingControlsystem,throughthecomprehensiveconsiderationandanalysisandroadMingiscloselyrelatedtotheintensityofilluminationtime,road,environmentandhanditinScenecontrolmethodsoffactorssuchasflowrate,inthemicrocomputerAccordingtothepresetcontrolstrategy,theroadlightingintoactionStreetlampintelligentmanagementandcontrolindifferentconditionsnormallyIndifferentstatesimplementdiversifiedroadlightingscene,ToimprovethequalityoflightingatthesametimegetthebestsectionCaneffect.

1.Thesystemhardwaredesign

Controlcircuitmainlytolight,temperaturesignalacquisition,datacomputingandanalysis,andcontrolofstreetlampdrivercircuitaccordingtotheresultsoftheoperation.CircuitmusthaveMDconversionfunction,adoptSTCl2C5608ADsinglechipmicrocomputerascontrolunit,thesingle-chipcomputerasasingleclockcycleenhanced8051kernelmicrocontroller,itcontains8KBFLASHprogrammemory,eightroadlOMDconversioninterface,canmeettheneedofdataacquisition.Lightintensity,temperaturesensorusingphotosensitiveresistanceandthermalresistance,respectively.

PhotosensitiveresistorRxandresistanceR2bleedercircuit,lightintensitychanges,microcontrollerP1.7pininputvoltagechanges,andP1.7pincanbesetupforMDconversioninterface,setathresholdvoltageforlightintensitycandistinguishbetweendayandnight.ThermalresistorRxandR3bleedercircuit,thetemperaturechanges,P1.5pinvoltagechange,thefigure1watchNAL/Dconversioncontrolcircuitgreenqualitycancalculatetheactualenvironmenttemperatureandtimecontroltomodifyparameters.S1forfourdialthecodeswitch,canbeusedtothink.

controlmodule,miningUse89c51torealizeonSTC;Sensormodule,UsingphotosensitiveresistanceonthesurroundingenvironmentlightSample,usingphotosensitivediodeon-offtostreetlampequipmentObstacledetection;Theclockmodule,usingDS1302clockchipSlice;Displaymodule,whichismadeupoffourLEDdigitaltube,useTodisplaythefaultstreetlampnumber;Soundandlightalarmmodule,Implementationofmalfunctioningofthestreetlamplighthint;CommunicationmoduleBlocks,usedtotransmitcommandsfromPC.

OnSTC89c51basedonDS1302clockchipProvidetheclocksignal,accordingtothefollowingtimeimplementationcontrolTurnoffthelights.

Dynamicallychangesofthisperiodoftime,changesintheoperationAmachinetocomplete,throughthecommunicationmodulewillholdinstructionswrittentoSTC89c51chip,thenchangedthepointopentoturnoffthelightsDuringworktime.

Photosensitiveresistance,byappropriatewavelengthoflight,thecurrentwillalongwiththeincreaseoflightintensity,thusRealizethephotoelectricconversion.TodiebyADC0832deviceHoldnumberconvertedtoprovidesingle-chip,STC89c51accordingtoThedefaultprogramrealizetheelectriclampswitchfunction.

PhotosensitivediodeistousesiliconPNknotwhenthelightisproducedAphotoelectricdevice,lightcurrentworkinreversebiasBecauseofthepressure.Duringthedaylightorlamplightphotosensitive2directlyDiodereverseresistancedecreases,anddiodeconduction;LightisveryHoursphotosensitivediodereverseresistanceincreases,thediodeThecheck.Usingphotosensitivediode,detectionofstreetlampisnightNormalwork.WhenthephotosensitivediodeasshowsthatstreetlampEquipmentfailureortheft,acousto-opticquoteonSTC89c51startedAlarmdevice,atthesametimeinfourLEDdigitaltubedisplaythecorrespondingThestreetnumber.

2.Thesystemsoftwaredesign

Thesoftwaredesignofthissystemisdividedintosevenparts,mainlyIncludingtheLEDdigitaltubedisplayprogramdesign;LighttochecktheTestprogramdesign;Equipmentfaultdetectionprogramdesign;whenClockdriverchipdesign;Opentoturnoffthelightsprogramdesign;Communicationprogramdesign;Audibleandvisualalarmprogramdesign,etc.

Softwareincludes:

mainprogram,systeminitialization,anti-fuzzyfunctions,A/Dconversionsubroutine,communicationprocessingsubroutine,keyboardprocessingsubroutine,warp/weftclockcomputingfunctions,dialthecodeswitchhandlechild,switchinputprocessingfunction,theswitchquantityoutputtreatmentfunction,displayfunction.MCUsoftwareprogrammingtoCodeVisionAVRCcompilerasadevelopmentplatform,USESCwritteninahigh-levellanguage.

3.TAG

USESthewirelesstransceivermoduleandsingle-chipintegrationdesign,canreducethehardwarecostofthesystem,convenientinstallation,easymaintenance.Adopttypea15STRmicropowerwirelessdigitalmodule,highefficiencyforwarderrorcorrectionchannelcodingtechnology,improvesthedatatheabruptinterferenceandrandominterferenceresistanceability.Usinghigh-speedmicrocontrollerW7E58,improvethemeasurementprecisionoftheliquidlevel,simplifiedthehardwarestructureofthesystem.Thesystemnotonlyforlevelmeasurementisakindofsafeandeffectivesolutions,canbeappliedtoothermateriallevelmeasurementunderthebadenvironment.

StreetlamplightingsystemisindispensabletotheroadtrafficFacilities,designakindofintelligentstreetlightcontrolsystem,rightIncreaseinducedbyroad,improvethedrivingsafetyatnightAndcomfort,effectivelypreventcriminalactivity,beautifytheenvironment,Savepowerresources,hasacertainpracticalsignificanceandcanbeDevelopmentvalue.

基于单片机的智能路灯控制系统

【摘要】设计了一个路灯自动控制系统,具有时控、光控相结合的路灯开关控制功能;以及路灯故障检测并显示故障路灯编号的功能。

采用STC89C51单片机作为核心控制部件;利用时钟芯片DS1302对路灯进行时控开关灯控制;由光敏器件完成环境光照度的采集与路灯故障检测,从而实现光控开关灯与故障路灯的编号显示。

本系统可以通过RS-232标准通信端口与路灯控制室的上位机进行通信。
