●Certification.WerequirealltherapydogsandhandlershaveacurrenttherapycertificationthroughDeltaSocietyorTherapyDogsInternational.
●Timecommitment.Weaskpettherapyvolunteerstocommittoaminimumofonetwo-hourshift(轮班)permonth.
●Health.Allvolunteersandtheirdogsarerequiredtobehealthy.Volunteershavetoreceivetheseasonalfluvaccine(疫苗),whichisprovidedfreeofchargeatCHOP.Dogscannotbeonarawfooddietatanytimeduringtheirparticipationintheprogram.Dogsmustbewashedwithin24hoursofthevisitanddryuponenteringthehospital.
