第一章-比赛场地

1.Fieldsurface场地表面

Thefieldofplaymustbeawhollynaturalor,ifcompetitionrules

permit,awhollyartificialplayingsurface,exceptwhere

competitionrulespermitanintegratedcombinationofartificial

andnaturalmaterials（hybridsystem）.

在一般情况下，比赛场地必须全部是天然草坪；如果竞赛规

程允许，可以选择全人造草坪；如果竞赛规程允许，还可以

选择人造和天然草坪混合的场地。

Thecolourofartificialsurfacesmustbegreen.

人造草坪场地的颜色必须是绿色。

Whereartificialsurfacesareusedincompetitionmatches

betweenrepresentativeteamsofnationalfootballassociations

affiliatedtoFIFAorinternationalclubcompetitionmatches,the

surfacemustmeettherequirementsoftheFIFAQuality

ProgrammeforFootballTurfortheInternationalMatch

Standard,unlessspecialdispensationisgivenbyTheIFAB.

2.Fieldmarkings场地标记

Thefieldofplaymustberectangularandmarkedwithcontinuous

lineswhichmustnotbedangerous.Theselinesbelongtothe

areasofwhichtheyareboundaries.

比赛场地必须是长方形并且必须用无危险的连续实线来标

明。

这些线作为场内各个区域的分界线应包含在各个区域

之内。

OnlythelinesindicatedinLaw1aretobemarkedonthefieldof

play.

只有在本章中明确规定可以使用的线，才能被标画在比赛

Thetwolongerboundarylinesaretouchlines.Thetwoshorter

linesaregoallines.

两条较长的边界线为边线，两条较短的线为球门线。

Thefieldofplayisdividedintotwohalvesbyahalfwayline,

whichjoinsthemidpointsofthetwotouchlines.

比赛场地被中线划分为两个半场，中线与两条边线相交于

边线中点。

Thecentremarkisatthemidpointofthehalfwayline.Acircle

witharadiusof9.15m（10yds）ismarkedaroundit.

球场的中点位于场地中线的中央，以该点为圆心，9.15米（10

Marksmaybemadeoffthefieldofplay9.15m（10yds）fromthe

cornerarcatrightanglestothegoallinesandthetouchlines.

Alllinesmustbeofthesamewidth,whichmustnotbemorethan

12cm（5ins）.Thegoallinesmustbeofthesamewidthasthe

goalpostsandthecrossbar.

必须与球门柱和横梁的宽度相同。

Whereartificialsurfacesareused,otherlinesarepermitted

providedtheyareadifferentcolourandclearlydistinguishable

fromthefootballlines.

提是这些线是不同颜色的且明显区别于足球场标线。

Aplayerwhomakesunauthorisedmarksonthefieldofplaymust

becautionedforunsportingbehaviour.Iftherefereenoticesthis

beingdoneduringthematch,theplayeriscautionedwhenthe

ballnextgoesoutofplay.

队员在赛场内做未经许可的标记属于非体育行为，必须予

以警告。

如果裁判员在比赛中发现了这种行为，当比赛停

止时他必须警告犯规队员。

Competitionsmaydeterminethelengthofthegoallineand

touchlinewithintheabovedimensions.

5.Thegoalarea球门区

Twolinesaredrawnatrightanglestothegoalline,5.5m（6yds）

fromtheinsideofeachgoalpost.Theselinesextendintothefield

ofplayfor5.5m（6yds）andarejoinedbyalinedrawnparallel

withthegoalline.Theareaboundedbytheselinesandthegoal

lineisthegoalarea.

在距每个球门柱内侧5.5米（6码）处，画两条垂直于球门

线的线。

6.Thepenaltyarea罚球区

Twolinesaredrawnatrightanglestothegoalline,16.5m（18

yds）fromtheinsideofeachgoalpost.Theselinesextendintothe

fieldofplayfor16.5m（18yds）andarejoinedbyalinedrawn

parallelwiththegoalline.Theareaboundedbytheselinesand

thegoallineisthepenaltyarea.

8.Flagposts角旗杆

Aflagpost,atleast1.5m（5ft）high,withanon-pointedtopand

aflagmustbeplacedateachcorner.
