本课时主要让学生通过听说活动熟练掌握银行基本服务项目及相关服务的指令语,为本单元之后的学习任务做好语言上的准备。

2.教学重点、难点

(1)教学重点

①学生能识别account,draw,check,exchange,deposit,insert,rate,sign等词。

②学生能熟练使用办理银行业务的指令或描述银行服务程序的句式。

(2)教学难点

学生在真实的语言情境中运用句型给出办理银行业务的指令或描述银行服务程序。

二、教学目标

1.知识目标

(1)识别account,draw,check,exchange,deposit,insert,rate,sign等词意思。

(2)使用signyourname,fillintheform,insert,depositmoney,showyourpassport,writeyournameontheback,drawmoneyfromanATM等给出银行业务的指令或描述银行服务程序。

2.能力目标

(1)学生能听懂客人要办理的银行业务名称和咨询内容。

(2)学生能运用Askingforinformation和Offeringtheservice等句式进行办理银行业务的指令或描述银行服务程序的对话。

3.情感目标

学生认同行业的服务质量的要求,为客人提供符合行业标准的服务。

三、教学步骤

Atthebeginningoftheclass,theteacherasks:

”Ssworkinpairs.Theyreadthesentencesandmatchthemwiththerelatedpictures.Thentheteachercheckstheanswers,meanwhile,theteacherhelpsstudentstogetthroughsomedifficultwords(account,draw,check,exchange).

2.Listenandmatch.(Activity2)

Sslookthroughtheexpressionstogetthemainideaoftheinformation.Theteacherhelpsstudentstounderstandthenewwords(deposit,insert).Thentheteacherplaysthetape,atthesametimestudentsmatchtheinformation.Atlasttheteachercheckstheanswers.
