发电机的检测 （中英文对照）
1. INSPECTGENERATORBRUSHHOLDERASSEMBLY
检查发电机碳刷装置
（a） Usingverniercalipers,measuretheexposedbrushlegth.。
用游标卡尺测出露在外面的碳刷的长度
Standardexposedlength:
标准长度
9.5to11.5mm（0.374to0.453in.）
9.5to11.5mm（0.374to0.453in.）
Minimumexposedlength:
最小长度
1.5mm（0.059in.）
1.5mm（0.059in.）
Iftheexposedlengthislessthantheminimum,neplacethegeneratorbrushholderassembly.
如果碳刷长度小于最小值，替换发电机的碳刷装置。
2. INSPECTGENERATORREGULATORASSEMBLY
检查发电机调节器装配
（a） Usinganohmmeter,checkthecontinuitybetweenterminalsFanB
（ a ）使用欧姆表，检查F与 B之间的是否连通。
Standard:
标准.
WhenthepositiveandnegativepolesbetweenterminalsFandBareexchanged,thereiscontinuityinonedirectionbutnocontinuityintheotherdirection..
当F和B之间的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向的没有连通的。
Ifthecontinuityisnotasspecified,replacethegeneratorregulatorassembly.
如果不是规定的连通值，替换发电器调节器装配
（b） Usinganohmmeter,checkthecontinuitybetweenterminalsFandE.
（ b ）使用欧姆表，检查F与E之间是否连通。
Standard:
标准：
WhenthepositiveandnegativepolesbetweenterminalsFandEareexchanged,thereiscontinuityinonedirectionbutnocontinuityintheotherdirection.
当F和B之间的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向的没有连通的。

3. INSPECTGENERATORDRIVEENDFRAME
检查发动机定子线圈
（a） Checkthestatorcoilforopencircuits.
检查定子线圈的开路。
（1）Usinganohmmeter,checktheresistancebetweenthecoilleads.
（ 1 ）用欧姆表，检查电阻线圈之间的电阻。
Standardresistance:
标准电阻：
Below1Ω
低于1Ω
Iftheresultisnotasspecified,replacethegeneratorassembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器定子线圈装配
（b） Inspectthestatorforground..
检查定子线圈是否接地。
（1） Usinganohmmeter,checktheresistancebetweenthecoilleadanddriveendframe.
使用欧姆计，检查定子线圈与发动机壳体的电阻、
Standardresistance:
标准电阻：
10KΩ orhigher
10KΩ或更高
Iftheresultisnotasspecified,replacethegeneratorassembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器定子线圈装配
（c） Inspectthebearing.
（ c ）检查轴承。
（1） Makesurethatthebearingisnotroughorworn.
轴承是否粗糙或磨损过度。
Ifnecessary,replacethegeneratorassembly.
如果有必要，替换发电器装配。
4 INSPECTGENERATORHOLDERWITHRECTIFIER
4检查发电机整流器
（a） Usinganohmmeter,checkthecontinuityamongterminalsP1,P2,P3andB,andamongP1,P2,P3andE.
使用欧姆计，检查P1、P2、P3和B之中和在P1、P2、P3和E之中是否连通
Standard:
标准
WhenthepositiveandnegativepolesamongterminalsP1,P2,P3andBareexchanged,thereiscontinuityinonedirectionbutnocontinuityintheotherdirection..
当P1、P2、P3和B之中的正极和负极交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向没有连通。

5. INSPECTGENERATORROTORASSEMBLY

检查发电机转子装配
（a） Checkthegeneratorrotorforopencircuits.
一）检查发电机转子开路。
（1） Usinganohmmeter,measuretheresistancebetweenthesliprings.
（ 1 ）用欧姆表，测量的滑环之间的电阻。
Standardresistance:
1.7to2.1 Ω at20ºC（68ºF）
标准电阻：
在20ºC（68ºF）的情况下1.7到2.1Ω
Iftheresistanceisnotasspecified,replacethegeneratorrotorassembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器转子装配
（b） Checkthegeneratorrotorforshortcircuits.
（二）检查发电机转子的短路。
（1） Usinganohmmeter,checktheresistancebetweentheslipringandgeneratorrotorassembly.
（ 1 ）用欧姆表，检查滑环和发电机转子之间的电阻。
Standardresistance:
标准电阻：
10KΩ orhigher
10KΩ或更高
Iftheresultisnotasspecified,replacethegeneratorrotorassembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器转子装配
（c） Inspectthesliprings.
（ c ）检查的滑环。
（1） Makesurethattheslipringsarenotroughorscored.
（ 1 ）滑环不否粗糙或磨损过度。
Ifroughorscored,replacethegeneratorrotorassembly.
如果粗糙或磨损过度，替换发电器电动机滑环装配
（2） Usingverniercalipers,measuretheslipringdiameter.
（ 2 ）用卡尺，测量滑环的直径。
Standarddiameter:
标准直径：
14.2to14.4mm（0.559to0.567in.）
14.2至14.4毫米（ 0.559至0.567英寸
Minimumdiameter:
最小直径：
12.8mm（0.504in.）
12.8mm（ 0.504英寸）
Ifthediameterislessthantheminimum,replacethegeneratorrotorassembly.
如果直径小于最小值，替换发电器电动机滑环装配。
