河南省成品油经营单位现状安全评价细则
（试行）
一、范围
本细则规定了成品油经营单位现状安全评价的前提条件、程序、内容和要求。
本细则适用于对加油站、石油库及成品油无仓储经营单位的安全评价。
本细则不适用于加气站、加油加气合建站和人工洞石油库的安全评价。
二、规范性引用文件
下列文件中的条文通过在本细则的引用而成为本细则的条文。
安全评价时，可根据被评价单位的实际情况，引用未列入的有关法律、法规、规章、标准和规范性文件中的条文。
所有引用条文，其最新版本适用于本细则。
