Duringthelast10yearsorso,however,TCMhasbeengettingincreasinglypopularallovertheworld.AreportreleasedbytheStateCouncilInformationOfficeonDec.6saysthisstyleofhealthcare,whichincludesdifferentformslikeherbalmedicineandexercise,hasspreadto183countriesandregions.

OneofthereasonsbehindthegrowingpopularityofTCMistheincreaseofscientificresearchintoit.AndafterTuYouyou-theChinesescientistwhodiscoveredtheanti-malaria(抗疟疾)drugqinghaosu(青蒿素)-wontheNobelPrizelastyear,TCMbecameevenmorefamousinternationally.
