OneofthereasonsbehindthegrowingpopularityofTCMistheincreaseofscientificresearchintoit.AndafterTuYouyou-theChinesescientistwhodiscoveredtheanti-malaria（抗疟疾）drugqinghaosu（青蒿素）-wontheNobelPrizelastyear,TCMbecameevenmorefamousinternationally.
