一般过去时讲解及练习

一、一般过去时的概念和用法

一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用。

一般过去时也表示过去常常或反复发生的动作。

Eg：

-Whatdidyoudoyesterday?

-ImetLinTao.〔过去某个时间发生的动作〕

Iwasthereamomentago.〔过去某个时间存在的状态〕

Weoftenplayedtogetherwhenwewerechildren.（过去常常或反复发生的动作〕

注：

表示过去常常发生的动作还可用usedto。

Eg：

Heusedtosmokealot,buthedoesn’tnow.

他过去常常抽烟，但此时此刻不抽了。

二、常用于一般过去时的时间状语

yesterday,thismorning，just,justnow,...ago〔amomentago，3daysago，2hoursago...）,inthepast，lastnight/year/week,onceuponatime,theotherday,以刚好间状语从句中〔常用引导词:

before，after，when，until,assoonas等〕。

Eg：

ItwasrainingheavilywhenIleftschool.

Mr.Greendidn’tstartcookinguntilhissonwasbackfromschoollastnight.

三、一般过去时对谓语动词的要求

一般过去时用动词的过去式构成。

即一般过去时的谓语动词要用动词的过去式。

动词过去式的构成分规那么变更和不规那么变更两种形式，不规那么变更通常须要逐个记忆，规那么变更那么遵循以下原那么：

（1）一般在动词后加-ed。

如：

play—played〔玩，打〕,offer—offered〔供应〕,weigh—weighed〔重〕,destroy—destroyed〔毁坏〕,sign—signed〔签名〕.

（2）在以字母e结尾的动词后，只加-d。

如：

like—liked〔宠爱〕,provide—provided〔供应〕,

hate—hated〔厌烦〕,date—dated〔确定…年头〕。

（3）在以“辅音字母+y”结尾的动词后，那么改y为i，再加—ed。

如：

supply—supplied〔供应〕,fly—flied〔飞〕,study—studied〔学习〕.

（4）在以单短元音的重读闭音节结尾且，末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词后，双写最终一个辅音字母，再加-ed。

如：

plan—planned〔准备〕,refer—referred〔涉及〕,

regret—regretted〔后悔〕,ban—banned〔惩罚〕.

ps:

offer侧重表示“情愿赐予”，常用于offersb.sth.或offertodosth.构造。

provide指有远见，为应付意外、紧急状况等作好充分准备而“供应、供应”，可用于providesb.〔withsth.〕或providesth.〔forsb.〕构造。

supply通常指定期“供应”，强调替代或补充所需物品，常用于supplysb.withsth.或supplysth.tosb.构造。

五、一般过去时的否认句和疑问句

1.带有was或were的句子

否认句在be动词：

was或were后加not。

Eg1:

Iwastenyearsoldthen.

否认句：

Tomandhisfamilyweren'tinAmericatwoyearsago.

一般疑问句:

参照陈述句变一般疑问句的规那么：

一提二改三照抄；

1把was或were提前,其他照写。

2I→you;we→you;my→your;was→were。

3剩下的内容照抄下来，加问号。

Eg1:

一般疑问句：

确定答复；Yes，Iwas.否认答复；No,Iwasn’t.

Eg2:

一般疑问句：

针对不同部位提问，用不同的疑问词。

2.谓语动词为实义动词的句子

变否认句时在动词前加didn't，句子中的动词过去式变回原形。

变一般疑问句时在句首加Did，句子中的动词过去式变回原形。

Eg：

Jimwenthomeyesterday.

否认句：

Jimdidn'tgohomeyesterday.

一般疑问句：

DidJimgohomeyesterday?

确定答复：
