Duringthemid1960s,VinhLinh,QuangTriinVietnamwasawasteland,whichwasoftenunderattackfromtheUSairforce.VietnamesesoldierswhowerefightingagainsttheUSdiscussedhowtomakepeopletheresafe.Somesuggestedmovingthepeopleunderground.Thentheybegantobuildatunnel(隧道).
