UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinBiotechnology
一、培养目标
Ⅰ.EducationalObjectives
本专业培养适应我国社会主义现代化建设实际需要，德、智、体全面发展，较全面地掌握生命科学尤其是生物科学的基本知识、基本理论和基本技能，具有现代生物技术系统的基础理论知识以及扎实的实验技能，熟悉生物技术学科的现状、前沿及其在生产实践中的应用，具备广泛的人文社科和经济管理科学的基本素质，受到科学研究及工程应用双重技能和素质训练，在教学、科研、科技开发及管理等许多方面具有良好素质的生物技术人才。
由于生物技术口径宽，适应面广，又具有许多个性化发展方向。
因此，毕业生可以根据自己的专业背景知识以及专业方向特色到相应的科研院所、高等学校以及医药工业、食品轻工、环保工业等企事业单位或管理部门从事教学、科研、科技开发以及行政管理等方面的工作；还可以实现到国内外相近学科的教学研究单位继续深造。
Thisprogramestablishesbasictheories,knowledgeandskills,andinvolvesthestudentsinthecurrentsituation,frontline,andapplicationinproductionofbiotechnology.Thestudentswillalsodevelopmakingsineconomicmanagement,humanitiesandarts,accepttrainingonbothresearchandapplication.
Thebiotechnologydealswithawidevarietyofsubjectsandcoversvariousdisciplines.Thestudentscanthusfitthemselvesintodifferentbusinesses,suchasscientificresearch,highereducation,pharmaceuticalindustry,foodindustry,environmentalprotectionindustryandengaginginteaching,research,ormanagement.Theywillalsohaveagoodopportunitytofurthertheirstudyinthismajororrelateddisciplines.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ．SkillsProfile
1.具有一定的人文社科及经济管理科学的基础和宽广的自然科学的基础，尤其要具备知识经济时代所要求的人才知识结构和技能，具有独立获得知识和解决实际问题的基本能力；
2.达到国家规定的大学生体育和军事训练合格标准，养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯，具备健全的心理和健康的体魄；
3.系统地、扎实地掌握生物学和现代生物技术的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能；掌握本专业的应用所需要的生命科学、环境科学及生物技术工业等领域的背景知识以及化学、物理、数学、工程等必备的通识基础学科的基本理论、基本知识和技能；受到比较严格的科学思维、科学实验和工程实践的训练；
4.具有一定的生物技术专门知识和应用知识，对生物技术总的发展趋势以及某一方向的现状及应用前景有很好的了解，受到科学研究或工程应用的初步训练，具有科学研究、教学、科技管理与开发的初步能力；
5.初步掌握一门外国语，能顺利地阅读本专业的外文书刊；熟悉计算机的使用以及查阅文献资料的方法。
