Thepaperintroducesadistributedcontrolsystemofsewagetreatment,andthecoreofthesystemisPLC.Thestructureofthecontrolsystem,theassignmentandimplementationofthetasks,thecontrolschemeandthedesignconceptofprogramareexpounded.Thewayofcentralmonitoringmanagementanddispersingcontrolisusedbythecontrolsystem;thelong一distancecontrolandmonitoringoffieldequipmentareunchargedoftheuppercomputer;thesoftwareprogramofdesignsusesIntouch7.0.Thespecifictechnology,equipment,thecontrollingofmainparameterandseveralrunningdataareunchargedofthePLCstations,andthesoftwareprogramofdesignsusesConcept2.2XLwithonlinetrackingandoutlinesimulating.MB+netisadoptedbythecommunicationbetweentheuppercomputerandthePLCstations,withitssimplybuildingnet,quicklyrunningandstablecommunication.TheautomaticcontrolofPLChasbeensuccessfullycompletedinsewagetreatment,whichhasimprovedtheoperationefficiencyandmanagementlevelofsewagetreatmentequipment

IntroducedtotakePLCasthedistributetypecontrolsystemofcoreinthewastewatertreatmentsystemofapply.Concretelydescribedthestructure,missionofthecontrolsystemanallotmentandcarryout,thewayofcontrolandthethoughtoftheprogramdesign.Thewaycontrolledtheconcentrationmonitorofthesystemadoptionamanagementandscatteredacontrol,theplaceofhonormachineberesponsibleforthespotthelongrangeoftheequipmentscontrolandsurveillance,softwareadoptionIntouch7.0drawup.ThePLCnativestationisresponsiblefortotheconcretecraft,equipmentandismainlycontrolledparametertocarryoncontrolandcollectvariousmovementdata,theprogramdesignadoptionhaveon-linefollowwithoff-lineimitatetheConceptoftruefunction2.2XLsoftware.PlaceofhonormachineandofthePLCadoptionsetthenetbequicklysimpleandcirculatespeed,correspondbyletterthestabilitystrongMBnet.ThewholecontrolsystemsuccessfullysolvedthePLCcontrolsaproblemintheautomationwithinwastewatertreatmentandraisedawastewatertreatmentequipmentstocirculateanefficiencyandmanagelevel.

Recently,forcarryingouthighquality,lowconsume,stabledependablemovement.Domesticandinternationalmanywastewatertreatmentfactoriesadoptedamodernforerunnertocontroltechniqueandcalculatortechniqueandconstitutecalculatordirect,controlthus,managesystem.Makesystemexcellenttoturnmovement.Buttheprogrammablelogiccontroller（PLC）thentakemicroprocessorascore.Synthesizethecalculatortechniqueautomaticallycontrolstechniqueandcorrespondencetechniquebutdevelopsofakindofnewandingeneraluseautomaticcontroldevice.Havestructuresimple,functionsuperior,dependablesexGao,workproperlywordsingeneraluse,beeasytoplaitdistance,usageconvenienceetc.advantageetc.ThesilverCitythefirstwastewatertreatmentfactoryadoptedaSBRcraftandtakePLCasthecontrolsystemofcore,dayafterhandlingthesewage10×104ttheprocessingofreachmarksewagecanusedforanagricultureirrigation.
