DependentofA-1/A-2VisaHolder:

Immediatefamilymembersofforeigngovernmentofficial（NOTE:

DependentsalsocarryA-1/A-2status）.Mayengageinfull-timeorpart-timestudy.Allwork（on-campusoroff-campus）mustbeapprovedbytheU.S.DepartmentofStatebyusingFormI-566.AnEmploymentAuthorizationDocument（EAD）cardfromtheINSisrequired.

WaiverforBusiness（VWB）andTourism（VWT）:

IndividualspermittedtoentertheU.S.withoutavisaforastaylimitedto90days.AvailableonlytocitizensofcountriesdesignatedbytheU.S.DepartmentofState.Noextensionorchangeofstatusisallowedforthiscategory.WorkandstudyrestrictionsarethesameasB-1/B-2counterparts.
