Article3PartyBshouldcompletehisjobinaccordancewithwhatPartyArequires.

III.LaborProtectionandWorkingConditions

Article4PartyAshallarrangePartyBstandardworkingsystem

Accordingtotherelatedregulationsofthestateandgovernment,PartyBworks40hoursaweekand8hoursadayaveragely.

Iftheoverallworkinghoursworkingsystemiscarriedout,theworkingtimespanofpartyBislessthan40hoursaweekand8hoursadayonaverage.

Iftheirregularworkinghoursworkingsystemiscarriedout,PartyBcanarrangehisownworkschedulesbyhimselfontheconditionthatheshouldhavecompletedthetaskappointedbyPartyA.

Article5IfPartyAextendstheworktime,PartyAshouldcompensatePartyBnolessthan150%salaryfortheovertime.IfPartyAarrangesPartyBtoworkduringholidays,PartyAshouldcompensatePartyBnolessthan200%salary.IfPartyAarrangesPartyBtoworkduringthelegalholidays,PartyAshouldcompensatePartyBnolessthan300%salary.

Article6PartyAshouldprovidePartyBwiththenecessaryworkingconditions,produceprocedure,operationrules,workingstandardandmedicalexamination.

Article7PartyAshouldberesponsibleforPartyB’slearningandtrainingofprofessionalethicsandtechniques.

IV.Remuneration

Article8PartyAshouldpaythesalarytoPartyBbefore28thofeverymonth.ThesalaryispaidinRMB800.00.PartyAmustpaythesalaryontime.

Otheragreementconcerningsalary:

PartyApayspartyBforMealSubsidy:

RMB100.00,post-subsidyRMB200.00andbonus.

Article9IfPartyAcannotprovideenoughworkamountsandleadtoPartyB’swaitingforwork,PartyAshallpayforPartyBmonthlymaintenanceYuan.

V.InsuranceandWelfareTreatment

Article10PartyAandPartyBshouldpaytheinsurancepremiumaccordingtotheconcerningregulationsandthelawsoftheStateandBeijingCity.

Article11Thesicknesssalary,sicknessallowanceandothersicknesstreatmentofPartyBareprovidedbyPartyAaccordingtotheregulationsformulatedbytheunit.

Article12PartyAprovidesPartyBwiththewelfaretreatmentwhenPartyBhasprofessionalsicknessorhurtsfromtheworkaccordingtotheconcerningregulationsoftheStateandBeijing.

Article13PartyAprovidesPartyBwiththefollowingwelfaretreatments:

EndowmentInsurance,UnemploymentInsurance,HospitalizationInsurance,AccidentInsurance.

VI.WorkingDiscipline

Article14PartyAcanestablishtheprofessionalrulesystemandtheregulationsofthecompanyaccordingtotheLawstomeettheneedsofproductionandrunning.

PartyAcanpunishPartyBorevencancelthecontractwhenPartyBbreakstheworkingdiscipline.

Article15PartyBshouldabidebytheprofessionalethicsandtheregulationsstipulatedbythecompany.PartyBshouldprotectthepropertyofPartyAandparticipateintrainingsorganizedbyPartyAforself-promotion.

VII.AlterationandCancellationoftheContract

Article16Bothpartiesshouldalterthecontractincasethatoneofthefollowingsituationshappens:

（1）Thecontractshouldbealteredbasedonthemutualnegotiationofbothparties.

（2）Thecontractshouldbealteredwhentheobjectiveconditionsthatthecontractreliedonhavechanges.

（3）Thecontractshouldbealteredwhenthelawsandregulationsthatthecontractreliesonarealtered.

Article17Thecontractcanbealteredifonepartyrequiresandnoticetheothersidebyaformalalterationapplication.Andtheothersideshouldreplywithin15days.Otherwise,thecontractcannotbealtered.

Article18Thecontractcanbecanceledbasedonthemutualnegotiationofbothparties.
