“青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强”。

青年是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要生力军，是国家人才队伍的重要补给力量。

我们国家比历史上任何时期都需要有追求，有担当的青年。

这样的人怎样培养？

习近平在他的讲话中对如何培养青年成长成才做了系统的论述，其中，他特别强调：

“要用科学的理论武装青年，用历史的眼光启示青年。

”即通过科学的理论提升青年的理论素养与知识水平。

大学生作为青年群体的重要组成部分，是社会主义现代化建设的重要后备军。

如何通过学习理论将其培养成社会主义所需要的人才，是习近平青年学习理论论述的核心问题。

高校作为青年学生培养的重要场所，肩负着立德树人根本任务，这就要求高校一定要把青年学生的思想政治教育摆在突出位置。

而加强对青年学生的学习理论教育，以此来引领青年学生成长成才，既是思想政治教育的原则、内容，也是方法途径，与习近平强调的青年学习理论论述具有内在的契合度。

由此形成了本文的研究背景与研究价值。

本文通过运用文献分析、实地考察、访谈等科学方法，梳理归纳本文逻辑框架，明确习近平青年学习理论论述的理论基础与中国优秀文化传承。

在此基础上深入探究习近平青年学习理论论述的主要精髓，进而阐释习近平青年学习理论论述对高校思想政治教育影响意义，厘清习近平青年学习理论论述与高校思想政治教育的内在逻辑关系，提出习近平青年学习理论论述对高校思想政治教育影响的实现路径，并为高校思想政治教育

充分实现习近平青年学习理论论述的价值引领提供现实路径。

Abstract

“Anationwillprosperonlywhenitsyouththrives”.Youthistheimportantfreshforceofsocialistmodernization,andalsotheimportantcomplementarypowerofnationaltalentteam.Wearemoreeagerthananyotherperiodinhistoryforyouthwithpursuitandresponsibility,buthowcanwecultivatesuchkindoftalent?

ThepresidentXiJinpinghassystematicdiscussiononhowtocultivatethegrowthofyouth,andamongit,hehighlightsthatweshouldarmyouthwithscientifictheoryandenlightenyouthwiththehistoricaltaste,whichmeanstoimprovethetheoreticalcompetenceandknowledgelevelofyouthwithscientifictheory.Astheimportantcomponentofyouthgroup,universitystudentsaretheimportantreserveforcesofsocialistmodernization.ThecoreprobleminthediscussionofyouthlearningtheorybyXiJinpingishowtocultivatethenecessarytalentsofsocialismbymeansoflearningtheory.Astheimportantplacestocultivateyouthstudents,collegesanduniversitieshavetheresponsibilitytofostervirtuethrougheducationatthebasis,whichrequiresthattheyhavetogiveprioritytotheideologicalandpoliticaleducationofyouthstudents,strengthentheeducationonlearningtheoryofyouthstudents,sothattheycanguidetheyouthstudentsforgrowthandprogress,whicharenotonlytherulesandcontentsofideologicalandpoliticaleducationincollegesanduniversities,butalsothemethodsandapproaches,besides,therehaveinternalintegratingdegreewiththediscussiononyouthlearningtheorybyXiJinping,andfinally,theyformintotheresearchbackgroundandresearchsignificanceofthisthesis.

Inthisthesis,bymeansofliteratureanalysis,fieldinvestigation,andinterview,
