4、社会主义现代化建设的重要后备军。如何通过学习理论将其培养成社会主义所需要的人才，是习近平青年学习理论论述的核心问题。高校作为青年学生培养的重要场所， 肩负着立德树人根本任务，这就要求高校一定要把青年学生的思想政治教育摆在突出位置。而加强对青年学生的学习理论教育，以此来引领青年学生成长成才，既是思想政治教育的原则、内容，也是方法途径，与习近平强调的青年学习理论论述具有内在的契合度。由此形成了本文的研究背景与研究价值。本文通过运用文献分析、实地考察、访谈等科学方法，梳理归纳本文逻辑框架，明确习近平青年学习理论论述的理论基础与中国优秀文化传承。在此基础上深入探究习近平青年学习理论论述的主要精髓，进而

6、sitiesAbstract“A nation will prosper only when its youth thrives”. Youth is the important fresh force of socialist modernization, and also the important complementary power of national talent team. We are more eager than any other period in history for youth with pursuit and responsibility, but how

7、can we cultivate such kind of talent? The president Xi Jinping has systematic discussion on how to cultivate the growth of youth, and among it, he highlights that we should arm youth with scientific theory and enlighten youth with the historical taste, which means to improve the theoretical competen

8、ce and knowledge level of youth with scientific theory. As the important component of youth group, university students are the important reserve forces of socialist modernization. The core problem in the discussion of youth learning theory by Xi Jinping is how to cultivate the necessary talents of s

9、ocialism by means of learning theory. As the important places to cultivate youth students, colleges and universities have the responsibility to foster virtue through education at the basis, which requires that they have to give priority to the ideological and political education of youth students, s

10、trengthen the education on learning theory of youth students, so that they can guide the youth students for growth and progress, which are not only the rules and contents of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, but also the methods and approaches, besides, there have int
