教学目标：
1、知识与技能：
本单元主要学会用英文表达谈论食物的制作过程,以及能够使用目标语言设计并制作健康食谱。
2、过程与方法：
采用Guessing，Discussing和Concluding的学习策略，利用教学图片、幻灯片、实物等来展开课堂教学,Pairwork问答式的口语交际活动或游戏，进行“询问,谈论,调查,汇报”的课堂教学和练习。
3、情感态度与价值观：
通过此课的讲授,进一步曾强了学生在英语学习中体味英语的生活化，情趣化，通过有趣的英语学习任务“今日我买单”“慧眼识金”“全家总动员”的完成，让学生体会到学习与生活快乐，引导学生热爱生活，关注健康,将英语生活化,自然化。

教材分析：
本单元主要是能熟练使用目标语言谈论某些食物的制作过程，并学会用英语表达自己对饮食问题的关注，让学生通过英语学习快乐的享受生活。
学情分析：
本单元是八年级英语上第八单元，大部分学生通过自学能很容易的掌握本课众所涉及的单词，词组即句型。
但用英语进行食谱描述还是首次，需要教师运用任务性教学创设综合运用语言的情境空间。
教学策略：
1、趣味教学策略，让学生在欢快的“心有灵犀”猜词游戏中进入课堂，在游戏中掌握单词，在竞赛中激发学生兴趣提高教学效果。
2、任务型教学策略，通过“今天我买单”“慧眼识金”，两项任务的完成，达到教学目标。
3、开放性教学策略，通过“全家总动员”引导学生将所学知识能学以致用，理论联系实际。
4、过程评价策略，在教学中不断肯定学生的成绩，通过果汁礼物的奖励，冠军照片的收集册，让每一个学生都能体会到成功感，有信心克服困难学好英语。
