从高校追求就业率研究大学生就业中的政府行为

——独立学院的企业文化环境对教学理念的影响

独立学院是近年发展起来的一种新的高等教育办学模式。

随着在校学生人数的增多,新情况和新问题相应而出。

旧的高校学生管理体制已不能适应独立学院这个特殊的环境,在实践中也露出很多弊端。

探索独立学院学生管理体制以适应新形式的发展是当前独立学院面临的重要课题。

本文通过对比普通高校学生与独立学院学生、普通高校学生培养目标与独立学院学生培养目标,来分析独立学院学生管理与普通高校学生管理的不同之处,并对独立学院学生管理现状及其存在问题进行了描述,思考独立学院学生管理改进的意义,进而提出了构建独立学院学生管理体制的框架和具体实施办法。

在写作过程中,本文通过考察北京化工大学北方学院的具体情况进行论述,体现理论了解实际,理论应用于实践的科学性。

Abstract

Independentinstituteisanewformofhighereducationdevelopinginrecentyears.Newsituationandnewproblemarisewiththenumberofstudentsinindependentinstituteincreasing.Theoldmanagementsystemofcollegestudentscannotbeenmakethebestinindependentinstitute.Exploringanewmanagementsystemofstudents`worksisvitaltoenhanceandimprovetheworkinindependentinstitute.Thispaperattemptstoconstructaframeworkandpracticalimplementofmanagingstudents`workinindependentinstitutebycomparingwithitshostuniversity,analyzingthepracticeofthestudents`managementworkandthinkingofthemeaningofmanagementimprovementinindependentinstitute.Intheprocessofwriting,thispaperdecryptsthespecificcircumstancesofanindependentinstitute,whichreflectsthetheorywithpractice.
