二、详细技术参数：

（一）、GENERALDESCRIPTIONS总体描述:

1.Theequipmentiscapableofoperatinginambienttemperaturerangesof-20deg.Cto+40deg.C.Allinstrumentsanddigitaldisplayswillfunctioncorrectlywithinthesetemperatureranges.Drainopenings/valveswillbeinstalledwhererequiredonallunitstoallowdrainageofalloperatingfluidswhenrequired.

该连续油管装置以及相关智能显示仪能在-20℃到40℃的外界环境下正常工作。

在所有需要安装液体排放管道的地方，均装有相应的开关或阀口装置。

2.AllgaugesandinstrumentswillreadinImperialstandards.

所有的仪表和装置的读数规则，都以国际相关的标准而制定。

3.Allequipmentwillbecapableofnormaloperationinoffshoreenvironmentsinallweatherconditions.

所有的仪器适用于地面上的各种天气状况。

5.Allinstrumentationshallbeweatherproof,dustproofandvibrationprotected.

所有的设备应带有高适应性、防沙和防震的功能。

6.Allequipmentwillbebrandnew,willnotbeusedorrebuiltreturnedequipment.

所有的设备均是全新的，而不是被使用过的或翻新的。

7.Allequipment（i.emanufacturer,modelnumberetc.）anditsparts/componentswillbesuppliedaccordingtotherequirementsoftheTechnicalContractandthespecificequipmentasapprovedbythecustomer

所有的设备（如制造商、规格和型号等）以及它内部的零件/配件都严格遵循技术协议上的规定，与此同时，对于特殊的设备要得到客户的认同。

8.Allunitswillbeequippedwithnightworkinglightstoensuretwenty-four（24）hoursequipmentoperationandallelectricequipmentexplodingrequired.

所有的螺孔都应预先用机器打好，而不是人手用丝锥打，而且螺孔都应用自带的螺母。

所有的焊接过程都保证是高质量，高强度的。

所有的管子/线都用结实的绳索和固定夹加固

11.Allfluid/pneumatic/electricalhoses/lineswillbeidentifiedonschematicsandbyhosetagnumberswhererequired.

根据客户的需要，在所有的液管/气胎/电线都用图片和标签一一对应并标识出来。

12.Whererequiredunitsshallbeequippedwithsecurelymountedaccessladders,steel/fibergratewalkways/accessplatformsprotectionrails.

在其中一些需要活动梯或者升降台的地方，均按要求予以安装。

13.Alltanksshallbeequippedwithopen/closedrainvalvesinstalledonthelowestpointofthetanks.

所有的容器都应在其最低点处配备开关阀。

16.ASEPCTUwillbefullyoperationalfromthiscontrolcabinviaelectricalcontrols,itismuchcleaner,andlessnoisyandmaintenance.

撬的形状为正方体的，而且四个角上分别有吊钩，防止在吊起撬时，电缆会与其他零配件缠绕在一起。
