AbstractInrecentyears,alongwiththedevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,cross-bordermergersandacquisitionstobecomeoneofthemainformsofinternationalinvestment,withthedeepeningofChina’sreformandopeningup,cross-bordermergersandacquisitionshavegraduallybecomeChina’senterprises“goingout”andmultinationalcompaniescamethemainwayofcross-bordermergersandacquisitionslegalregulatorysystemexistmanydeficiencies,theneedtoimprovetherelevantlegalsysteminthisarticlemainlyfromtheperspectiveofcross-borderM&Areviewofregulationof,byanalyzingtherelevantlegalsystemofourcountryandEuropeandtheUnitedStates,toimproveourcross-bordermergersandacquisitionsthelegalsystemtomakesomesuggestions.
