Hello,everyone.Weshallreadabouthealthyeatingtoday.Everybodyhastoeat,butdoyoueatahealthydiet?

Turntopage97andfamiliarizeyourselfwiththewordsandexpressionsusedinthisunit.Trytomakeupastorybasedonthevocabulary,eitherinEnglishorinChinese.

Warmingupbysharingopinions

Ifyoueatoutalot,findwaystofollowyourmealplanasmuchaspossible. Pickarestaurantwithavarietyofchoicestoincreaseyourchancesoffindingthefoodsyouwant.
