四、教学措施：
1.准确把握教学目标。
教师不仅要熟悉本册教材的教学目标，还要掌握单元和练习的教学目标，并且根据班级的实际情况，制订课时教学目标，教学目标的制定要做到明确、适当、集中、有层次、可操作。
2.加强学生的朗读训练，在课堂上要多让学生进行模仿朗读，要让学生正确的掌握朗读方式，要避免枯燥的机械朗读，要根据低年级学生的心心理特点，进行多种方式的朗读训练，例如：
小组竞赛，开火车。
比比谁最棒等。
3.重视单词和句型结合教授，让学生能根据句子主干进行造句。
4.抓好听力训练，在完成练习时，尽可能的采用面批，尽可能做到保质保量。
5.重视课后巩固，每天让学生跟读录音磁带，让家长有机会参与到学生的学习中。
6.改进教学方法，提高教学效率，让课堂焕发出生命的活力，在课堂上，有讲有练，精讲精练，有动有静，让学生说起来，动起来。
7.实行开放式教学方式，让每个学生在参与交流中提高英语交际水平，同时提高学习兴趣和合作能力。
