年产15万件高档实木家具生产线项目

山东凤阳集团股份有限公司创建于1964年，现为中国家具协会副理事长单位，中国软体家具专业委员会主任单位，是中国软体家具特大型骨干企业，主导产品为床垫、沙发、配套家具、钢木家具等，年生产床垫20万件，沙发15万件，家具15万件。

2004年凤阳牌床垫荣获家具业首批国家免检产品，2005年被评为家具业首批中国名牌产品，并远销加拿大、美国、日本等国家。

为进一步提升凤阳在全国家具行业的地位，公司计划新上年产15万件高档实木家具生产线。

项目总投资1亿元。

项目建成后，年产高档实木家具15万件，可实现年销售收入2亿元，利润2400万元。

年产20万支中空纤维膜项目

山东恒沣膜科技有限公司主要从事中空纤维膜及相关膜组件、膜设备、膜应用系统的研发、生产和销售等。

目前已建成国内首条拥有自主知识产权的中空纤维膜生产线，年生产中空纤维膜1.6万支。

中空纤维膜为纳米级产品，是公司与天津工业大学联合研发的国家“863”计划项目，主要用于各类流体分离，适用于工业废水及污水处理，城市污水处理，医疗、饮用水处理，海水提纯等多种领域。

针对目前国家对环保工作的日趋重视，产品市场需求量大等特点，公司决定进一步扩大生产规模，拟新上年产20万支中空纤维膜系列产品项目。

项目计划总投资1亿元，其中固定资产8000万元，流动资金2000万元。

项目建成后可实现年销售收入2.5亿元。

淄博博泰机械制造有限公司拥有20余年汽车刹车盘生产经验和一批长期从事生产的技术人才和熟练工，目前年可产销多种型号的汽车刹车盘120万件，并已形成完善的生产、试验和检测体系，是淄博市汽车零部件生产实力较强的企业之一。

公司生产的刹车盘属国家鼓励出口产品，100％外销至日本、美国、加拿大、欧洲等国家和地区，市场认可度高，产品供不应求。

为进一步扩大生产规模，决定利用厂区内现有存量土地新上年产320万件汽车刹车盘项目，总投资4500万元，年产汽车刹车盘320万件，年增销售收入1.28亿元，年利润2560万元。

年产880万件环保型无石棉汽车刹车片项目总投资4500万元。

淄博兴华医用器材有限公司拥有15年医用纺织品及医疗器械科研开发、生产、经营、贸易的经验，是“淄博市医疗器械诚信单位”、“淄博市医疗企业协会成员单位”，主导产品为一次性无菌敷料包、一次性无纺布敷料等。

公司生产的“兴华”牌系列产品均已获得山东省卫生厅、省卫生防疫站、省药品监督管理局许可证，远销国内二十多个省市，行业知名度较高。

为进一步扩大生产规模，公司将新建办公楼及生产厂房8000平方米，用于一次性医用无纺布系列产品扩产。
